MOST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED

These guys go above and beyond expectations like I have never seen even years after you bought the car. I bought a fantastic 2015 Audi A6 from them 4 years ago. The car was perfect and the price was great. A FedEx truck backed into the vehicle and my insurance company was giving me a hard time with the settlement. Bob and Joe dropped everything they were doing and immediately listened to my story. Bob was furious an insurance company was trying to take advantage of one of his customers and immediately made multiple phone calls to my insurance company and the company that evaluated my vehicle. Bob assured me they would settle with me with a number I would be happy with. Joe typed me a letter certifying the value of my vehicle. About an hour after I met with Bob and Joe I got a call from the insurance company and settled with them exactly how Bob said I would. THANK YOU BOB AND JOE!!!! Joe G

I got a great deal!

This place is great. Esp. if you are looking for a particular vehicle--I just got a 2018 Subaru Forester 6-speed stick, 6000 miles for a ridiculous price and it is awesome. Had one minor problem with the instrument panel and they fixed it immediately--very friendly. I will def go back to them for my next (or my kid's next) car. The negative reviews are really only from people who have a problem with their business model of refurbishing water/hail damaged vehicles. Those people should go to a dealership--this place is only for people who know exactly what they want. They are up front and honest about everything.

They never responded back to me! I guess they don’t need to sell cars! Go elsewhere! It shocks me that car dealers ignore customers but this one did!

Excellent

Bought a 2017 Ram 2500 pickup with 1000 miles on it. Absolutely awesome truck. I have 10,000 miles on it now with no issues. I have been buying vehicles from Executive for over 20 years. These guys are great to deal with. Every one in my family is driving a vehicle from Executive. I see a few negative feedbacks on here which are completely unjustified. If you buy a vehicle that is known for certain issues as many vehicles are then you can't expect that the one you buy from Executive will somehow magically not have the same issue as all the rest. Do your homework when buying any vehicle. The people at Executive are honest and as thorough as they can be. I would highly recommend them.

solid relationship; 4 cars purchased since 2006

My experience has been completely positive. This is not a slick dealership with clever advertising and an aggressive sales force. None of the cliche sales techniques that are so off-putting at other dealerships. These folks are throwbacks, low key, straightforward. The preponderance of their vehicles are flood damaged and completely restored. They are in every way, legally and ethically, completely up front about this. I was very cynical concerning this back in 2006 when I purchased my first car, a 2002 Lexus with 10,000 miles (a Hurricane Katrina car) and was excessively careful with the purchase. Last week I retired the car at 212,000 relatively trouble free miles, trading it in at Executive for a 2015 Cadillac, my 4th car purchase from Executive. From 2006 to present day they have been faithful and accountable, have gone overboard to tend to various issues, in the process saving me 100s of $$$ compared to Lexus of the Lehigh Valley which is a fine dealership in its own right. I typically deal with the owners (Bob and/or Joe), but have also interacted positively with Rock and Mike. I have recommended many customers to Executive and 20 (+/-) have purchased cars as well through the years and have been more than satisfied. I take exception to a statement from a previous reviewer that these reviews are 'fake'. I am a management consultant and business professor in Executive Education at Lehigh and I take my responsibility for honest and forthright reviews seriously.

good people, excellent experience

Executive sells water damaged cars that they have restored and are completely up front and professional concerning this. Last week I purchased my 4th car from this dealership and as always was pleased with the attention and the service - not to mention building a great relationship with the owners and employees. Two previous situations come to mind. 1) Several years ago I was the victim of a hit and run and rear bumper on my Lexus LS430 was damaged. After the insurance company made their award based upon a quote from another dealer. Executive did the job for $400 less. Quality perfect, paint match perfect. 2) The second situation was mindblowing: My passenger side mirror was damaged in a parking lot and the insurance company refused coverage. Local Lexus dealer assured me it was not salvageable, definitely needed replacement and wanted '$580 installed' to replace the mirror. Pete at Executive said, "What do you have to lose; we'll take a look at it. Bring it on up." When I got there Bob and Pete both tried their hand (personally) at reseating the mirror assembly. Then Joe came along and they all suggested, "What the xxxx, let's have the body shop look at it." Joe drove the car to the body shop adjacent the dealership and within about 15 minutes returned the car with the mirror in place, fully functioning directional power, good as new. They refused to accept any money for the repair, mentioned that someone in the body shop was able to fashion and fit clips that had been damaged, and that they were happy they could be of service. I was stunned. They saved me $600, pretty much tailor-made the repair and with no fanfare whatsoever said there was no charge. My 1st car from Executive was a 2006 purchase of a 2002 Lexus LS430 (10,000 miles on it) which I bought with extreme caution because of the W title (water damage). Last week I traded it in after 212,000 miles of solid performance and purchase a 2015 Cadillac substantially under current market value for straight title. Note also I have recommended this dealership to innumerable people, and 20 or so friends, family and acquaintances have purchased and are more than satisfied. These are not slick people with clever advertising and overt aggressiveness; they are throwbacks, low key, straightforward with none of the phony 'patter' that marks sales at many dealerships. I have confirmed the W title savings are substantial. I chose to finance 2 of the purchases, was able to do so with no issues in re title, though I understand that there are banks that refuse to finance these. For what it's worth I'm a management consultant and probably a 'tough customer'. At many levels I really appreciate this dealership and truly value the 12 year relationship.

Very Satisfied Customer

Purchased a 2016 Jaguar F Type from EAG. Really outstanding car and an even better value. Yes, it is a reconditioned flood vehicle. The sales staff at EAG is very open and upfront about this. EAG specializes in reconditioning these vehicles and they are expert at it. Have purchased several vehicles of this type from them and this is just one more positive experience with these people.

Michael B*****, M.D.

Without a doubt, E.A.G. has been the best auto buying experience in 42 years of car purchases. I was looking for a Maserati Spyder and found one at the right price with very low mileage. I had the privilege of dealing with the owner from the beginning , Bob. The first thing he said was how he procured the cars of his inventory. Ordinarily I would never even consider a car with anything but a clean and clear title. However there was something in Bob's manner that instilled confidence. Throughout the experience he inspired honesty and integrity. As it turned out, this was well founded. He described in detail, how he screened, evaluated and repaired his cars. I researched E.A.G. and found overwhelmingly positive reviews. I even obtained a very positive review from a competitor. I have had a very positive experience and would recommend this dealership very highly and without reservation. Bob must be doing it right to have stayed in business so many years. As Bob said, you don't stay in business selling one car to one person, it's the repeat business that makes a success in this business. Well, I can say, I will be a repeat customer !!!

We have purchased 5 cars from Executive and have been very pleased with every one of them. In fact, we would not go anywhere else to buy a car. The sales staff do not pressure you at all. There is little to no haggling when it comes to the price of the car. What's most important is they stand behind the cars they sell. We did have a few issues with one of the cars we purchased and they went out of their way to make the situation right, with no out of pocket cost to us. We couldn't ask for any more than that.

Happy Allentown Car Buyer

I have now bought 2 cars from EAG. Both for children of mine. One a 2014 C300 Sport Mercedes and one a 2014 Chevy Cruze LS. The whole experience from test drives to final paperwork was a good experience. I got two great late model low mileage cars at great prices. EAG was upfront about the water damage and what needed to be replaced or repaired. I have already taken the Mercedes to a Mercedes dealership to get a full inspection and their most extensive service and the dealership actually remarked at what a great car I got at a great price. Since I just bought the Chevy I have not had time to take it to the Chevy dealership but it will be going shortly and I'm sure I will get the same response. Dealing with EAG I was able to put two of my children in to cars I would have never been able to at any other dealership. I am contemplating getting rid of my 2011 Mercedes, which was bought at a Mercedes dealership, because it is getting up there in mileage and I will definitely give EAG first shot at earning my business before I go anywhere else.
