Owner is very rude and very shady. Seems as if they were telling me something and then the owner wouldn’t even let me talk cause they wanted to go home cause they were closing so. Bad customer service.

Shout out to this local,small dealership..It was my daughters 18th birthday,they hooked us up with agreat deal..They were very clean,friendly,non pressure element.. The sales rep.-Sam treated us like humans and not like a pay check..I highly recommend them..

Horrible service bought a truck drove it home and engine blew and they did nothin got there money and did not care to help at all offerd to tow it back they did not want to meet halfway or deal w me period passed me off from one person to another and accepted no reasponsibility at all horrible people

Sam helped us look through the car we were looking to buy, very informative, but also gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision. He explained everything very well as we were going through financing. Overall very trustworthy.

Terrible dealership who cannot be trusted with repair work. Bought extended warranty for a purchase & they have refused to inform us of what work was done or if it was even done. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! You will regret it. It is believed that they do bare minimum repairs while under warranty in hopes that they can charge for additional work after it expires. Had a mechanic check their alleged work & his opinion was that the part they said was replaced was not. This dealership doesn’t care about providing safe vehicles in particular with buying a car for a young adult.

On a dark and rainy night close to their closing time, my daughter and I stumbled into East Penn Auto Sales to take a quick look at used cars. We had the good fortune of meeting Sam who walked us through the inventory, made some great suggestions, answered questions and was really knowledgeable about the cars he had on site . My daughter got a car she loves and Sam in mid sale caught and saved a lost dog who had wandered into the lot. It was a great experience with no sales pressure, a straightforward business approach, and a rescue all in one night. I would definitely recommend East Penn Auto Sales!

Hey if you wanna buy a car and have a laugh go to this place, super chill and not stressful at all and I am set with a badass Toyota now. Sam literally kicks ass and made the process really easy. Do the right thing and just go here you won’t regret it.

Just recently purchased a used mustang through Sam. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were no hidden tricks and it was a very straight forward and simple buying process.
