I spoke to the dealer before arriving and let them know what I was interested in. When I arrived the next day he had a couple of options parked in front of the dealership. We did a short test drive. We discussed pricing and options. Within a short time we had a deal. I came back the following day to pick it up. It had been cleaned and prepped. We went to finance to complete the paperwork and was out the door in less than an hour. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Everett.

Genuinely the worst dealership ever never take your car there unless you want to waste HOURS OFF OF YOUR LIFE oh and on top of that they finish your car and forget about it so you can sit there and look at your car completely finished but you can’t take it because they haven’t told you it’s done oh and they go on lunch to take even more time out of your day.

The only reason I gave it a star is because I had too. This is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with. I put a deposit down on a truck a week ago. I called the salesman Mike Silmon at 12:39 and told him I was ready to purchase and to send me a credit link application. He said he was with a customer and would call me back and do it over the phone. He never called back at all. I’ve bought cars online as far as California without seeing them or test driving them and got better customer service. I don’t know how they are getting #1 dealership in the country with this type of customer service.

The service experience is better than the sales experience but not by much. The service advisors never seem to act like you are disturbing them like I have had at other local dealership locations.

This dealership is the best! We tell everyone we know if they are in the market for a vehicle to go to Everett. Clark our salesman and Dillion in the service department went above and beyond to help us with our truck when it needed a part replaced. We live in Louisiana and none of the dealerships here would have ever gone to the lengths this dealership did to help us. They are excellent and we will definitely be an Everett customers for life!
