Connected through Facebook Marketplace originally, we purchased a very low mileage 2016 Impala, at a very fair price. They were friendly and responsive via Messenger and that didn't change when we arrived to the car lot to see the car in person. After traveling about 2.5hrs, the car was as pictured and described, and exactly what we wanted at a fair price. 10/10 would work with them again.
