After having gone to several dealerships my sales person Derek at Beverly Hills Porsche was by far the best sales person I met. Polite, informative, helpful, no salesy pressure approach. Even though I ended up buying my Range Rover Sport at Porsche, the service continued to outreach my expectations. All the way to white glove delivery service, by him personally(!), to my front door. paperwork signed in 15 minutes. Deal done, and I’m in love with my new wheels! I was browsing on Cars.com for a Porsche SUV and I found one that I was quite interested in. So I called the Beverly Hills Porsche dealer on a Sunday and glad that a gentleman named Adam picked up my call. I told him that I’m a Costco member and usually dealt with the fleet manager which gives me the best OTD (out the door ) price for me to make a quick decision. Within a matter of minutes, Adam texted me back with all the info and numbers i was looking for. After reviewing all the details, I made an appointment to visit the dealer the next day. Upon arrival, Adam greeted me and I inspected the vehicle inside out and sat inside the vehicle without even test driving it, knowing how excellent ratings this Cayenne E-hybrid has. I made a speedy decision and decided to take it. After a quick run on my credit , I was given all the paperwork to sign for purchasing this vehicle. Certainly this was a pleasant and satisfying experience in buying a car, without any hassles. Thanks again Adam for your prompt response and professional work. Moreover, the car was washed and detailed upon delivery. Two thumbs up!

Avoid this place. Once they've made the sale they will be of zero help. Traded in my car when I bought the Porsche and they conveniently forgot to send the check for the payoff of the trade in. Also note, the now-useless sales guy Arash Malek will try to pressure you for a good survey about your sales experience so he can get a bonus. Don't fall for it because they're good for nothings once the window for the survey is over. Glad you didn't get a bonus off my sale. Have escalated to corporate.

I would like to personally thank you Arash Malek for providing exceptional top notch sales service. Although I did not end up purchasing the car I just wanted to share his professionalism. He's a very dedicated sales professional and very prompt in responding and providing quotes via email, unlike other dealers without giving customers anything but trying to talk them to go into the showroom. I hope to do business with him someday and will highly recommend anyone who's looking for a Porsche to get in touch with Arash.

Worse service experience ever. Avoid at all. The car is less then a year old and cost me nothing but the service department is so rude and unresponsive that I would never buy another Porsche and would definitely never return to Porsche Beverly Hills for anything in the world. Best way to describe this place is rude and incompetent. It is really hard to hate a place this much when it is a free service. Welcome to Beverly Hills Porsche.

WORST USED CAR PURCHASE IN OVER 50 YEARS OF DRIVING!!! Bought used car here, which was represented as having passed “safety inspection”. FIRST DAY driving it smoke began billowing out from car. Brought it back to them the following morning only to be told that I had bought the car “as is”, and too bad! After bringing car to a reputable Porsche specialist for an inspection the following problems were discovered , including but not limited to,: Cam cover seals leaking oil $1750 Rear main seal on engine leaking oil ( requires dropping transmission to repair... major job and co$t) Oil pan / cover leak ( /- $200) Oil filler tube needs replacing ($550) Clutch problem (needs clutch pedal spring) $>300 CV boots torn and need replacement (1 was attached with a zip tie, the other shredded) Needs rear brake pads Etc, etc, etc! When told about oil leaks dealers responded that I had bought the car “as is”, and basically tough sh*t. Also discovered that horn did not work and still did not work after they had the car in their shop for several days, after agreeing to at least fix that. Impossible to lock doors, cause still unknown In all car will immediately require thousands of dollars worth of work to bring it to a safe and drivable condition. I deliberately bought my car from what I assumed was a reputable Porsche dealer, rather than a generic used car dealer, thinking that this would ensure that I would get a clean, safe, and functional car. NOTHING COULD HAVE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PURCHASING A USED CAR HERE, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
