the Right Choice

Loved my Salesman Marek. It can be very intimidating buying a vehicle. I had a good feeling after leaving the dealership that I had made the right choice and did not feel like I was pushed into making a purchase I was not going to be happy with.

Incompetent Service and Lack of Professionalism

Poor service work and total lack of communication. Had to return numerous times to get addressed. Escalated up to GM and still walked away unsatisfied.

Waranty work completed as promised

It was completed as promised and promptly done. Big assistance with getting the work approved by Ford. Will continue to use.

the waiting room was comfortable and clean but the wait was much too long and I may not return due to this
