Was pleasantly surprised by the bumper to bumper warranty

Was pleasantly surprised by the bumper to bumper warranty repairs. Didn't expect the trunk seal to be covered. yayyyyy. Hope the window track is surprising also.

Took my car in for a simple recall on a multi function

Took my car in for a simple recall on a multi function arm. One would think that they would have the part ready. We took the car down and while my wife waiting for 2 hours they inspected the car and said yes it needs the recall but we don't have the part. They called me at home when they couldn't be bothered to find my wife in the waiting area. When my wife asked why they didnt have the part and why she had to wait two hours, she was told by a rude service manager that its a two visit repair which is ridiculous. The same manager hollered out "document that" to the person at the desk when we said we didnt want them to do a severely overprices brake job there. Now we have to waste another 2 hours to go down their for a simple switch recall. 4 hours for the multi function arm repair and rude to boot.....

Mathew, thank you for providing your contact information so we could review your appointment. We apologize we had to contact you at home, we called out the name in the waiting area, no one responded. To assure we provided an update, we called the contact number on file. The specific recall for your vehicle is required to be a 2-step process by Kia. We are required to follow Kia's instructions which require inspection and evaluation for the first appointment and an installation for the next visit. We understand the inconvenience this provided and we do apologize. Lastly, our prices are competitive in the marketplace. We are terribly sorry if anyone was yelling across the room. The customer service advisor you were working with is in training. When a customer declines services, especially safety, we need to note that information in our files. Again, we could improve in how we were communicating and we discussed with our team.
