Very thoughtful and overall good customer service. Trying to push lots of services that are expensive and not always necessary, feels a little shady even if not intentional from the service department

Told me the car was all set to pick up picked it up. Drove someplace wouldn’t start again. Got a jumpstart brought it back. They told me it needed to be charged overnight. Went back. The next day. Still wasn’t working now we have the weekend. I have a sick mother-in-law to take care and a doctors appointment on Monday and I Ask for a loaner car and they told me they had none. really Gary Rome do better not happy.
