I had a deeply troubling experience with B&B Auto Sales. The vehicle I purchased was fraudulently advertised with 128,000 miles, when in reality it had over 250,000 miles. This is a clear case of odometer fraud, which is not only unethical but also a felony offense in many states, including South Dakota. Additionally, shortly after purchasing the car, the engine failed, leaving me with significant financial strain and a remaining loan balance of $1,700 on a $5,000 purchase. This situation has caused me considerable distress and hardship. I believe B&B Auto Sales engaged in deceptive and illegal practices, and I urge potential buyers to exercise extreme caution. I hope my review helps others avoid similar issues and that the dealership takes responsibility for their actions.

I recently purchased a vehicle from B &B Auto. The process from test driving the vehicle through the purchase closing was so smooth. Dirk and staff were so very pleasant and professional! There was absolutely no high pressure type sales, as you deal with so often when going into the vehicle lot and inquries, etc!

I have bought 2 cars from dirk he made my purchase easy he drove 50 miles to pick me up everything went smooth i live 400 miles away prices were fair

Great vehicle and great ppl to work with! My whole family was happy with our new purchase. I literally did everything from my home after seeing the vehicle and checking it out in person. Once they had everything- they called to see if I was in agreement- all paperwork was all ready for me- they walked me through it all- went in and signed it all and off we were! Thank you B&B auto!!!

Very friendly and helpful in getting the vehical to Brookings but then big fail by not cleaning up the truck. It was covered in bird crap and just dirty.

Missing paperwork incorrect information on paperwork. Certified vehicle needed several repairs and they would not honor or reimburse for repairs. Did not want to take responsibility for certification declaration. Poor customer relations. Don't Bother there are better Auto dealers out there

I saw a 1973 VW Super Beetle ad on Cars.com offered by this dealer. I sent a request for more info to B&B and Dirk answered my request the next day. I made an offer and Dirk accepted my offer. He helped me with making a deposit online using my Paypal debit card and emailed me a purchase order to sign and return to him, so no one else could buy the Beetle. I had an issue on transporting the Beetle, but they held it until I figured out the best way to get it from SD to Milwaukee, WI. It was almost two weeks from the day I saw the bug online, and I was looking at in in my driveway. Thanks to Dirk and B&B for making a sight unseen vehicle purchase a trustworthy and painless event.

I bought a 07 Silverado, and the truck was very clean with no damage what so ever to the truck! like new! no complaints here
