After I made my appointment and arrived at Kenny Kent; it was smooth sailing. They had a loaner car waiting for me, called me with updates and completed my car before the expected date.

CHEVY CRUZE

Chris White was an outstanding salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased. He made us at ease and felt like we had known him. He was very helpful and not a high pressure salesperson. He helped us with all questions and walked us through all the features on the car that we bought. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. You don't find these kind of salespeople very often. The finance manager, Chris was also very good. He was quick to answer all questions we had and reassured us on getting further insurance for our car. He was also very helpful and friendly. We will shop Kenny Kent again with the outstanding service we received. High marks for this group!!!

Great service department

I received a recall notice on my SS and contacted Joe Kingston to schedule a time to drop it off. He got me in the next day and had the issue resolved quickly. Joe is an exceptional service advisor and have recommended him to a few friends for service on their vehicles.

Excellent salesman

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience dealing with James Meyer. He was very informative and took care of all our questions Would definitely recommend him to family and friends. We are pleased with our purchase of a 2011 Chevy Tahoe.

Purchasing my 2016 Impala

I had a very good experience. I had a certain dollar amount in mind when I purchased my 2016 Impala and they came within $500.00 of that price. So I was very happy.

The service crew rocks! Richard was very helpful got me a next day appointment and a loaner to drive! Very friendly staff...thumbs up! Richard took the time to ask about the problem even drove vehicle with me.
