We bought three vehicles from this dealership and have

We bought three vehicles from this dealership and have been pleased with all three purchases. The people are straight upfront with you and very professional and friendly. Our first purchase was an Avalon we purchased eight years ago and had no problems. We then purchased two mini coopers that we continue to enjoy. We totally trust this dealership and have referred many family members and friends.

Lies and poor business decisions.

Lies and poor business decisions. Wild West Cars and Trucks had a 2011 Porsche Cayenne Turbo for sale. I contacted them to ask to do a pre-purchase inspection by a reputable Porsche mechanic. I told them if the vehicle passed the inspection, I would be financing it. They agreed, and I paid $300 + tax to the shop. The vehicle passed inspection, so I initiated financing with the dealership on Thursday. I asked, what if a cash buyer shows up will I still be first in line to buy and even offered to put a deposit on it. I got a promise to work with me without even needing a deposit. I was putting $5000 down. The next day I got a call from the sales dept, and they told me the Credit Union denied my application due to a first-time buyer asking for over $15000 to lend (I always bought cash). Okay, I initiated financing with another lender at the same time called Credit Union to ask why I got denied to which I got informed that it was actually not yet over and pending secondary review with a loan officer. I told the dealership about it and stressed that I am indeed buying a car and will, one way or another, secure financing by Monday. On Saturday, I was called by them and informed that they have a cash buyer who they are selling a car. Nothing I said was heard by the management, and all they said: “Even though we prefer financing, we got a cash buyer, and we HAVE to sell the car even though you were first. But we have another car coming which we will cover the inspection for since you already spent that money and we want to do business with you. I will have the car details by Monday”. I was frustrated, but I gave them a chance to do business with me. It has been a week since. They never called me. I called and was told that the car was not coming. I now want reimbursement for wasted pre-purchase inspection money since the opportunity was stolen from me. Not to mention hard credit report inquiries wasted. If you want to have, terrible business relations come to Wild West Cars and Trucks. At least they take phone calls.

Great deal at Wild West

Tough finding a good deal lately on a car. Found what I was looking for online at Wild West Cars and Trucks. Was able to make a great deal and left happy I went there. That was 3 months ago. Everything has been great.

Best Used Car Dealership I Have Ever Bought From

In all of my 35 years of buying cars, I've never felt more at ease and peace as when I went to Wild West Cars and Trucks to test drive (and bought) my dream car. Such a fun atmosphere and felt like family when I left!

No customer service

Sent two emails asking for information on different vehicles. I never received a phone call or email from them. I didn't even go to the dealership since they don't want to reply

Excellent Service!

It was a rewarding experience to buy a car. We did not feel pressure to purchase. Zach was very knowledgable about the process. Facility was very nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Loving my used 2009 Mini John Cooper Works!!!

I LOVE THIS LOT!!! After endless searching for a car I seen this Mini John Cooper Works @ Wild West Cars and Trucks. I sent out an interested link through cars.com and got a reply from Zach, we texted for a few days and was sure of the car i wanted. He was very honest and up front with me about what was wrong with the car, and let me make a decision knowing what problems would come with the car. I have really bad credit but after a few hours with the friendly team, They got me approved for an interest rate i thought impossible. After all said and done they noticed an issue i had with my terrifyingly rude company i had brought car shopping with me, so not only did i walk away with a new car, but they gave me the strength to move forward with my life minus the toxic people dwelling in my home. This is the best Lot i have shopped on in a very long time its great to see straight up people selling cars and not hustling something on me that i have no interest in. I would recommend anyone to go to Wild West Car and Trucks! Ask for Zach. tell them Lance sent you, after he Fired the Rude Nanny and her couch surfing Boyfriend, lol. May the force Be with You!
