Fair, efficient and a pleasure to work with!

As a person who conducts copious amounts of research before making major purchases, I knew the car I wanted (a new Honda CR-V Touring) and the price I was willing to pay (after visiting multiple dealers in the area) before stepping into the dealership. Ed knew the type of customer I was and did an incredible job of keeping my visits efficient and productive during the sales process. They met my price, and on the day of delivery, had me in and out the door with my new car in under an hour - amazing when considering I was also trading in a Volkswagen! (Which they gave a very competitive offer on). highly recommend the folks at Burns for keeping the process stress free, informative and offering a price that is competitive with the marketplace.

Excellent as always

Bought a Civic and an Accord in a 7 day period. Couldn't resist the 1.9 financing and the $3900 mark down on the Accord.

No problems at all for a used car purchase

Found a cheap (<$5K) used 2002 Toyota Camry on Cars.com and expected a run around or bait & switch. Craig Pfeiffer was easy going, not pushy to buy a more expensive car. The car was showroom new despite a few dings and chips in the paint (120K miles). Burns spent a lot of money upfront on inspection, repairs and maintenance prior to the sale. There was nothing to do except pay and drive away - they even assisted with doing the registration and getting car insurance. Could not have asked for or imagined a better experience from a car dealer. I fully recommend them without reservation.

Ed Altman is the best!

How fortunate I was to have Ed Altman help me lease a Honda Civic EX-T. He was patient and tried to make the process as productive as possible. He answered every question. Worked hard to find the right car to meet my driving needs. A great experience!

Burns Honda Rocks!

Needed to replace my wife Lorraine's vehicle, went on internet site and Ed Altman who called me and impressed me with how quickly he grasped my situation then sent me Burn's e-price. Later that day I called back to make an appointment to look at the 2017 CR-V Touring, Ed explained someone would be there at 5pm to show us the car and take us for a test drive. Michael Covello introduced himself and showed us the CR-V explaining all of the features, and there are many! I was thinking he could have been a teacher, how he listened and explained in simple straightforward language very complex automotive technologies to my wife who really cares about the color and cupholders! My wife really thought Mike was a stand up guy, great demeanor, soft spoken and intelligent. This is high praise from Lorraine and she has a great Bull S... meter! After test drive Mike walked around lot showing us every car and color combination Honda made until Lorraine saw the car for her! I explained how we had the Mazda and Subaru lined up to test drive and would let him know if we wanted to do a deal in a few days, absolutely no pressure as he thanked us. We were leaving the dealership when Doug Begbie, the showroom manager approached us and introduced himself thanking us for giving Burn's and opportunity to win our business. Supposed to be heading to another dealership when Lorraine told me to give them a call and cancel appointment, she found her new SUV and didn't need to see anymore! Driving home she explained she has a good feeling about CR-V and was worried it wouldn't be available, they'll sell it-made me call and put a deposit down, Mike said he could meet me next morning when they open and she was ok with the arrangement. Met Mike next morning and because had e-price it was a hassle free transaction, Mike introduced me to David Osman, finance officer who was another low keyed gentleman who explained Burn's was a transparent dealer and didn't bait and switch-refreshing! Walked out of the office relaxed and happy, I was treated like a valued customer. I will be going back to Burns Honda, for a Ridgeline truck next time for myself! Seriously if you're in the market for a Honda, Burn's would be my first choice! Thank You very much for a great experience! Lorraine & Frank Berg

"Excellent car purchasing experience!"

I hadn't purchased a car since 1998, and it was a 1998 Honda Accord. I was a bit anxious about the car purchasing process, and I did research prior to looking for my certified used Honda Accord. Prior to going to Burns Honda, my husband and I visited 3 other Honda dealerships in the state of Pennsylvania, neither of us felt comfortable with prior salespersons. I knew shortly after meeting with our salesperson, Chris Wilder at Burns Honda, that my experience was going to be a good one. Chris' thorough knowledge, patience, and non-pushy salesmanship was wonderful and it put my mind at ease. I had lots of questions, and a few concerns about recalls, and fees... Chris answer every question to my complete satisfaction. I wasn't familiar with any of the new features in "my new 2014 certified used Honda Accord EX L" Chris took the time to show me how every featured worked, he demonstrated and then ask me to show him, he wanted to be sure that I knew how to operate the features... of my Honda Accord. I highly recommend this dealership, when I returned to pick up my registration, I also had the opportunity to meet with a couple of staff people and service people. The people are both pleasant and professional. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend Chris Wilder, and will recommend the Burns Honda Dealership in Marlton, New Jersey to all of my family and friends interested in purchasing a Honda.

Always bring my car for oil change and other services

Bought my Honda Accord back in 2012', from Bill Gomeringer. Explained every thing in purchasing my car in great detail. When dealing with service Nicole Judd has been extremely helpful and always makes you feel comfortable. Always explains the service that they are going to do.
