Fast service
Blew out my front driver tire while running over an already dead deer on Friday night on a dark road. Went to Burns the next morning to replace the tire and they got me in and out quickly.

Excellent advice and attention to my requests.
I liked the assistance I received from the service advisor prior to having the work completed. I needed some quotes and conversation to make me feel comfortable with having the work done at Burns. On this visit, the work was completed according to my request time.

I'm happy
Everyone was very cordial. The waiting area was comfortable and the coffee was GOOD. I really like how the waiting area gives me several venues(areas to sit) to meet the goals I have while waiting.
