Everyone was wonderful.

Everyone was wonderful. Art DiDomenico was very informed and pleasant to work with. He was patient when showing me features of the car. He also helped me sync my phone and explained many features of the car. I was grateful that he was so helpful and took time to explain so of the newer tech features..

I spent the afternoon at Burns Honda with Ed Altman to upgrade my lease. I’m not surprised to have had another positive experience with the sales team! I am going on my 7th year as a Burns Honda customer and again I am walking away happy. Ed was personable, knowledgeable and addressed any and all of my concerns. He took the extra time to make sure I was set up on HondaLink and made sure my phone synched properly with my new car.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I called and had an appointment for the next day. My service rep Michael kept in touch with me during the time my car was at the dealership. Everything was handled very efficiently. And the shuttle service to take me home ( and available if I needed a ride to pick my car up) was invaluable!
