Used Imports Auto did a great job with the help of my Lexus purchase. I found them on the internet, it was priced very competitive and the pictures looked really good. I emailed them and called them and I had an immediate response. They did a Facetime walk-around of the vehicle for me. I flew in, they picked me up from the airport, financing was quick, convenient and low rate. It was a very pleasant experience. I wish there was a similar dealer close to my hometown. Good job.

I dealt with Michael. He had the vehicle on site that I was interested in. The vehicle was everything I was looking for an more. The internet ad was very good, almost unbelievable. The product was again, more than I had on my need list. Additionally it was in better condition than I would have expected. We had my phone programmed into the Bluetooth in minutes. All the manuals were in the glove box for this vehicle as well. I visited at 10:30AM. Left at 11:30AM after test drive. Came back at 2:00PM and was on the road in my new vehicle by 3:00PM. Michael was very patient and helpful. Tom in finance was also very professional yet amicable.

After I showed him the car I was looking for, he handed me the car key for self drive alone. That was amazing. There was no hassle. He trusted me, so I trusted him with his car and every word that came from his mouth. He is a gentle man. He is an expertise in sales and he had clear answers for every question we asked. I was searching for a very rare car 2012 BMW 550 xDrive With M Package. They had one available. The price was phenomenal. I took the car for inspection. It needed a software update. They did all that free of cost and I traded my vehicle, wrote a check for the for the difference and I was out of there in no time. Owner Jon personally took the time to make this happen. Vernon and Ali are great guys to deal with. A very good team and very professional approach. Highly recommend.

I was really looking for a black BMW and was hesitant to settle for anything else. I stopped by Used Auto Import, only because it was on my way home and they always have an appealing import selection. I got more then I bargained for. They didn't have exactly what I wanted on hand, but they found it immediately, got it, and gave me a great deal. It really was a pleasure working with Vernon (sales) & Tom (finance). I initially spoke with Ali about a vehicle of interest and then came back a few days later to purchase the vehicle from Vernon. Both were very pleasant to deal with and made the overall experience a pretty good one. I am hesitant about buying from dealers but they did the most important things for me which were: 1.Were pleasant to deal with. 2.Worked with me on the repairs needed and cost. 3.Followed through with all of their promises. Of of the 3 things above, the most important was that they did what they said they were going to do. I would recommend them to other people and would also consider buying another vehicle in the future. Thanks!
