Happy Camper - I like my new car
I bought my car over a month ago. It was a great deal. I had a couple of things that were needed to be done such as getting a scratch fixed and also having a sensor looked at, they performed service as promised even after over a month of sale. They washed and detailed my car one more time and gave me a loaner for the time my car was in the shop. I really like the place. Very friendly people.

Good Deals - Clean Office Space
I went to 4 different dealerships before deciding to buy from them. The reason is that their cars were presented very well and the salesman really took the time to explain everything. The trade value was better than most other place. They have a good service facility and all the vehicles were serviced there. They have a very nicer looking office than the most dealerships that I visited.

Easy buying process and great team members
I recently purchased a Lexus RX350 and ofcourse I was looking for the lowest price and best deal. After much shopping around, the manager Ali was correct, there was not a better deal in the state of Georgia. They were busy, but finance got me in and out in a decent time. Honestly, I was looking for two weeks and am very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership everyone.

2014 Mercedes C250
I bought a car here yesterday, 2014 Mercedes C250. It was the lowest price I could ever find in 500 miles and it was absolutely new. The place was busy and the staff was very accommodating. Financing and buying process took less than 1 hour. I will give it a 2 thumbs up. Highly Recommended.

PLEASUREABLE BUYING EXPERIENCE
I came in on Sunday to look at a car. I was searching for a while. Good price, very clean vehicle, low rate on Finance especially on a Sunday. I am happy. Jon was very helpful. I was expecting to buy a car but everything worked out for the best so I am in my new car.

Clueless and Unorganized thank God for Mia
I would like to start off by saying that Mia was really nice even though we had a bad experience. I was looking for a very specific year, make and model of car and was able to find everything I was looking for here at Used Imports Auto, 3 hours and 45 minutes from my home. With that being said and I can't stress this enough, Mia was really great answered phone calls, responded to emails, was quick to respond and help me In anyway she could. There is only one thing about Mia that I could say negatively and that is that when I spoke with her on two different occasions I asked her about the quality of the interior of the vehicle and I was assured that it was in good shape and I specifically asked about the leather seats and if they were damaged or if there was anything wrong with them and I was assured again that they were in good condition and that the car had normal wear and tear on the interior for the age of the vehicle. This was a relief to hear because the price was great and it was the exact car I was looking for. Come to find out it wasn't in good shape at all and Mia was really apologetic about the interior and was willing to talk to the manager about a price reduction because I was going to have to have all the seats reupholstered. She understands that this was a slip up on her end, not going out and checking the car just to make sure since I was 3 hours and 45 minutes away, and I hope she does the due diligence in the future for something that could save another customer so much time and money in travel expenses. Now to review the other sales team members and the dealership itself. First off let me say that every time I called and asked a question and didn't get Mia I didn't get an answer. I have purchased cars and dealt with dealerships before and maybe it is just me but when I informed other sales representatives that I am interested in a car they usually had a clue what the status of that car is. I feel that this dealership needs to buckle down more on making sure that they give their employees the tools to ensure customers don't have the experience I had. I was told on multiple occasions that they had to check and make sure the car was still on the lot. I do understand that the owner of this lot has another lot within their family and they do transfers between their lots, that is good I support that, sales is a hard industry to thrive in. But there needs to be some sort of log that each employee can see to verify if a car is on the lot or not or if it has been sold or if there is someone interested in it. I stated that I would most likely be down either Saturday or Sunday since they are open between 1-5 on Sundays which is a great convenience! I called Saturday evening and informed the gentleman that answered the phone that I was coming down and I logged online to get the address and noticed the car was no longer listed and was informed that it was moved to the other lot and they would try to get it back for me, which they did, too bad the owner took they key home with him and didn't leave it for me when I arrived at the dealership at 1:20 after seeing the rips and tares in the leather we left and decided to come back and take a second look only to find out that the handsfree didn't work navigation dvd was missing and there was only one key not even one of the originals that came with the car it was a cheap copy with no remote. So expenses were adding up quickly. My final review is that if you don't live close by don't waste your time. Good luck future buyers!

Sorry about your bad experience. However according to Mia, she had explained that the vehicle you were looking at was 7 years old with 123k miles and the leather seats were a little worn out due to age. Even when you arrived, she showed you everything and explained and offered some more discount. We sell newer and older cars and older cars have more wear and tear. It is not fair to expect an old car to look like new and then write scathing reviews if God Forbid it is not new. The Navigation and handsfree on that car was working fine, there was a power button which had to be turned on and which you never bothered asking about before you decided to take off.
Will just say whatever?
Purchased two used vehicles in past month . Both models advertised by this dealer at better than market price. On first car, stopped by and told car was ?sold.? Same car advertised again week later. Out of interest, called to see if it was back on market. Assured it was. ?Come on by.? Stopped by later that day, what a surprise, ?it was sold?, again. On second car, contacted dealer to see if this was a pattern. It was. Same routine. How confident would feel that this car salesperson who has superior knowledge regarding the condition of the vehicle will be frank with you?

The first time that vehicle sold, the deal fell through so it had to be readvertised. This vehicle which I believe was a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and was advertised atleast 4k below average price within a day of being advertised. You have bought 2 cars from us and know our pricing is very competitive and cars normally don't stay on the lot too long. Sometimes less than a day. So why leave a negative review if you couldn't get in time?
