My husband and I bought a beautiful 2013 Honda Accord THE SAME DAY we first saw it, AMAZING for us. My husband was reluctant to even visit the lot since it was not in the direction of the other locations we were visiting on our day off. However, since it was referred to us by a friend who had recently also purchased a Honda Accord there, we made it our first stop and I KNEW this Accord was it for me. West was our salesman and he was very considerate of our parameters for a vehicle and our needs for the day, as well as seeming genuinely in my court to "save" this beauty while we checked out some other options. His response to later calls and helping us wrap up the deal in the closing hours of the day was timely and accommodating. Lenny, the General Manager, was very thorough in sitting down with us and explaining the paperwork. Our one complaint is we have found a few issues since having the car home. We understood maybe it had not been on the lot long (and it was immaculate, almost brand new), but some things that came out, almost as we were walking out the door, have surfaced that would have been nice if a little more disclosure had been discussed. For instance, we received one valet key and had to have two keyless entries purchased and programmed by the Honda dealership. Also, the Honda emblem is not on the front of the vehicle. Lastly, we have encountered the headlights on this vehicle is just bizarre but it's out there on forems as an issue. (Who would think to come back and drive a vehicle at night??) Anyway, I do love my car; it is lovely; you live and learn a little more. West was wonderful; I definitely and positively do recommend this dealership.

West was my sales person and he did a great job. I felt no pressure to buy. Everything went smooth from the drive test to the paperwork. Finance manager was also great and helpful.

I have to say that I happened up on this dealership after looking at a vehicle down the road from them. I decided to stop and check out the awesome cars that they had on their lot. I met with, what I would give "salesman of the year" to. His name was West! He helped me to make a decision on a vehicle that was way more cost efficient for my situation and way more suitable for my needs. He did everything in his power to get the deal taken care of for me. I guess because I was a first time buyer, things just took a little longer in the financing department. But for what ever reason, they still made my deal happen. I am very satisfied with the outcome and the car. Thanks a bunch WEST!!

Responded to text messages and phone calls promptly. Met with us on his day off and made the buying process very smooth and quick!

I recently purchased a honda pilot from aiauto. West was my sales guy and he was great! I was dreading the car shopping experience and my husband spotted this car online.... So, I thought here we go....let the craziness begin. Ha! Well I was wrong! West handled everything in a professional manner and he was just REAL. He wasn't typical car salesman that I DREAD dealing with. So, he helped us in every way and then that led us to the final part "that tricky paperwork".... I've heard so many stories and have had past experiences where they tell you one thing and then you sign another .... Well, ali handled this and it couldn't have gone smoother. He explained very clearly what each form was for and the I have never seen a smoother process! It was so easy and I kept thinking that something had to be wrong.... But, nope - all was correct and every detail that was said was exactly written! I will definitely recommend this dealership!

I just purchased a 2007 Tahoe loaded out and these guys were just the real deal in regard to a pleasant buying experience. My sales specialist, Will, was very informative and cited everything from brakes to any small scratch while Lenny (general manager) went well out of his way to make sure I left with the ideal ride. Another buyer from Alabama called while I was in the process of mitigating the offer - Will and Lenny gave me honors as I was first come first serve which says a lot in itself. I am very pleased and I am very skeptical of dealerships...Read the reviews below and do your own assessment like I did before giving them a call or inquiring online.

John West, my sales representative provided me with excellent service in my purchase of my 2012 Lexus RX 350. I just wish he could have found me a Owner's Manual for the car.
