My lease was coming up and I was looking for an upgrade in vehicle without an upgrade in payments. Nick and Amadou at City World were fantastic. I was able to upgrade from my 2013 Ford Edge SEL into a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium for almost the exact same payments on my current lease. I was out of my old car and into my new one within a couple of hours. They were really nice and accommodating and even topped off the gas tank for me. This is my second experience with them and I have to say each time gets better and better. Definitely recommend the guys at City World to anyone looking to get a new FORD.

I have it one star but honestly, they don't even deserve it. My mother and I were kept in there for almost nine hours and were treated very poorly, especially by the finance guy. I flew up to NY to help my mother buy trade in her old car and get a new one, and we're treated with such disrespect. If this is how they treat people with almost a perfect credit score (820), I can't imagine how they treat everyone else. The only reason why we endured this horrible experience was because I had to fly back to Florida the next day. So beware buyers, do not go to this dealership. The Ford flag should be pulled away from this dealership, if it can be called that.
