Very personal, accommodating, friendly, accessible, returned calls, took very good care of me for an unscheduled oil change. Jeff and Jason killed it for me. I've never had a kia, i would buy another and i would buy from this dealership again.

I can’t say enough about what a good experience I had buying my new Kia Niro from Monroeville Kia. I just stopped in not thinking they would be able to beat another deal I had lined up from another dealership, but they exceeded my expectations! They got both the overall price and my monthly payments down to what was doable for me. I don’t know what kind of magic John and Bobby worked behind the scenes, but they got me to a deal I couldn’t refuse. Bobby took me on a test drive and explained all the features of the car, which I really appreciated and was different than other dealerships who just tossed me a key but couldn’t answer many questions about the car. Bobby also was more knowledgeable about the car than any other salesman I had talked to. I felt like they actually cared that I was coming in and took the time to prepare based on what I said I was interested in. They never kept me waiting and were eager to answer all of my questions. They were so patient with me as I asked to see slightly tweaked financing options about four different times. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful and it felt like they had a really healthy team dynamic. I live in DC, but wanted to buy in PA, and Monroeville Kia helped me navigate all the cross-state paperwork and details. They were super transparent and helped me with what I would need to do to register the car when I got home and to know what I should and shouldn’t need to pay for at that point. I had been to so many different dealers and working with Monroeville Kia was by far the best experience from the moment I walked through the door to driving off the lot with my beautiful new car. I’m very happy with my decision to go with Monroeville Kia and will definitely be back when I’m in the market for a new car, which will not be for many years because this car is amazing and will be driving it for at least the next 10 years.

On September 15 I went to have my car inspected. The waiting room was freezing,customers had no masks on. My appointment was for 1pm, I left at 2:50.pm. My car sat for 1/2 hour waiting to be pulled out of the work area. I asked was my car done and I was told that they were waiting for the stickers. Really, 1/2 hour to put on stickers?? I have dealt with you company for two leases, never again. It always takes soooo long for any work I have had to get done, The only bright spot was the lady that took my payment, she was very pleasant and helpful.

Upon entering the dealership I was welcomed and offered a beverage. Marlon asked how he could help and I described wanting a sportage. He checked the inventory, showed me the car and got to work on the deal. The process was swift and painless. I drove off the lot with a great sportage. Marlon showed me all the features, called me personally to be sure I was satisfied with the car and made himself available for future questions. Unlike other experiences I've had with car dealers, I got the impression that Marlon was interested in ensuring that I was happy with the car. I believe I could call six months from now and get the same service and have questions answered.
