First time owning a Kia and we bought from monroeville kia. They are amazing here, the sales department is not pushy trying to make you buy something unlike other dealers. The service department goes above and beyond everytime I've needed service done. There are many kia dealers near me but I drive 50 mins to only go to monroeville kia, that's how great my experience has been with them.

They worked hard to get us at our price point. Disappointed that there was only 1 key for a 2024 vehicle and they would not make us another one.

I did ask for another fob while we were there and they said there was nothing they could do. I find that hard to believe because Jim Shorkey had one made for my husband's truck while he waited.

People there are dumb. They don’t call you to tell you when parts are ordered, when the car will be ready and status of your car. You have to keep calling them to get any answers. Be prepared to receive false information about the status of your car also, or one day they tell you one thing then you speak to someone else a few days later (because you had to call) and it is the exact opposite information. Won’t take any of our Kia or others cars there for the rest of our lives.

I was not kept of any delays or additional time needed to work on my car. I was also not told of any warranty on new tires that I bought. Also there should not be additional fees for using credit card that is not Visa. Very unhappy about the service I received. I will not be returning.

Monroeville Kia was very helpful with getting me into my new K4. Super polite greeting as soon as I walked in and assistance in finding the sales associate I had been taking to. The sale start to finish was smooth. Corey and Steven were both helpful in answering questions and finalizing everything. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, put this dealership on your list.

Everyone I have dealt with have been extremely helpful, courteous and genuinely interested in my satisfaction. I even had the pleasure to meet the location GM, Jeff, who was the most helpful of all. After my interaction with Jeff, it is obvious to me that he surrounded himself with a great team! I would definitely recommend this dealership! Thank You, Doug W
