I originally purchased my f150 at Crossroads ford and have has service a number of times. Always quick and fair. I recently had a recall notice for a possible transmission issue and a mobile technician came to my home and completed the repair in 30 minutes. I previously contacted a different Ford dealer in my area and they said that my zip code was not in their service area. They are 12 miles from my home and Crossroads is 20 miles. I would recommend Crossroads Ford for sales and service.

Great service. Luis was able to identify the issue fast. Once the ordered parts were received, he took care of the issue on my car fast as promised. Great communication from the beginning till end.
