I had my service completed at the Quik lane. They were very thorough on the service inspection and maintenance requirements. They explained all my upcoming issues and did not use any pressure tactics. I even visited the service department and spoke to them about my service contract. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the maintenance program. I would definitely recommend this Dealer.

I originally purchased my f150 at Crossroads ford and have has service a number of times. Always quick and fair. I recently had a recall notice for a possible transmission issue and a mobile technician came to my home and completed the repair in 30 minutes. I previously contacted a different Ford dealer in my area and they said that my zip code was not in their service area. They are 12 miles from my home and Crossroads is 20 miles. I would recommend Crossroads Ford for sales and service.
