Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and they took the time to explain the problem with my car. I am disappointed that Ford will be discontinuing the Ford Escape. It has been a great vehicle for me.

I had a great experience with Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest. My salesman, Ron Wells, was very accommodating when I came in without calling to make my purchase. He was already with another client but I did not wait long. He remained very professional and kept me well informed (and filled with popcorn).
