I went here first to look at a car they had listed, as they were the closest of the possible candidates. The car was in amazingly good shape and the price was reasonable, so I saw no reason to look any further. The salesman was very helpful, and made the paperwork and registration a breeze to complete. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. It appeared that 2006 Subaru Tribeca was in accident in the past and poorly repaired. Rear end was plastered and painted over for quick sale. Eyad from dealership is looking to sell and does not care much about dealership reputation. Would suggest to think twice before buying a car from this dealership

My experience with Franklin Auto was great, him and his brother make car buying Easy, but...I purchased a 2006 Saturn Vue this year ''AS IS'' and it has so many problems i only had the car for a few weeks and already have to invest my whole paycheck into the car smh.. their good people but no one available for Questioning about the Auto,i dont think this car was ever checked out before being put out for Sale but they got them a dummy and that is me for not really checking the car out before i purchased ugh, overall they got there money and i got what i paid for as well ''Headache''

I was very pleased with my purchase at Franklin. I bought the 2007 Touareg over the internet just seeing the pictures. It was even better in person. The buying process was quick and painless. To top it off I got a spare key in the mail today, that they found, and mailed to me. That really goes above
