No one knows what is going on.

We recognize that waiting over a month for a battery replacement while dealing with unclear information is unacceptable. Not a good experience, I made an appointment for an oil
Not a good experience, I made an appointment for an oil change, service is not very organized I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and when the 3 hours was up I went to the service desk and I was told that I was third in queue so I would have to wait another 3 hours, I couldn’t wait any longer so I just asked for my vehicle back! A person shouldn’t have to wait 6 hours for an oil change, if service is backed up, service agents should let us know at the time of making the appointment, that way proper arrangements can be made, and plan to leave the vehicle till the next day. I wasn’t treated with respect and they made it seem as taking the appointment, like a joke. It makes it look like Reliable has no pride and no respect for their clients, and their time. When I asked the reasons why it was taking so long if it’s only oil change, I was given the same answer by three service agents very rehearsed, and very disappointing. Do better!
