In a word, WOW! To say this was the most pleasurable, straightforward, professional car buying experience would be an understatement. From the moment I contacted Jon Lee (Sales) about a used Cadillac RBM I felt like I was his most important customer. Jon's attention to detail and results-driven follow-through are uncommon these days. He has won a customer for life. Likewise, Rachel Collins (Finance) is an absolute gem. Personable, professional, and efficient. No wasted time just solid work and she even beat my credit union interest rate! All around, RBM of Alpharetta is an outstanding dealership.
