They were helpful without being pushy! We test drove a couple of vehicles. The first had a taillight out. They had it fixed before we got back with the second! Great service.

Mike helped with sales even though I already knew what I wanted, and he was very nice. Mark was really helpful with financing and helped me get insurance so I could drive it home that day. Hands down the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I have been in the market for the perfect truck for about 7 months.. on a budget with the exact truck in mind. I kept failing and getting discouraged. Finally at the point of throwing in the towel and wasting my money on something that would not of made me happy forever I pulled into crafts. They knew what I could afford and what I wanted. I went in with a negative attitude thinking I wasn’t getting anywhere and I was very wrong. Dan met us outside to talk to us as soon as we got there and was nice and friendly and knew his stuff. Did not waste our time and got me approved in no time! The finance manager mark was awesome! He fought to get me the best deal possible and got me into something I could afford. I was not just another number or another car sold for the month and it was a refreshing change! After almost 14 years of driving my minivan, it was time to get a new-to-me car. I had one requirement: a Ford. Crafts had a few available. We test drove one and decided that we wanted a newer model. Before we could test drive the one we had an eye on, it was sold. However, Dan encouraged us to come and see what else they had because they had one not yet on the website. Turned out it was THE one: a Ford Escape. It was one year newer with fewer miles. We test drove and then bought it. The customer service was great and the process very easy. It was hard to give up my beloved van but it was time and choosing to look and buy locally was a great decision.
