By far worst dealership.. Stay far away if you value customer service. Eddie Sirriyea is the type that gives car salesmen a bad name. This dealership should be ashamed for hiring such rude and unethical people to represent their dealership. Purely shamefull. Would not sell me a car just because I lived out of state.. I thought this was a car dealership??? They even advertise on Social Media that you can buy a car from anywhere online. Liars!!!

Originally took my 2012 CC to get serviced. I bought that from CarMax the day prior. I should have checked with Antelope Valley VW first. Not only did they beat my monthly payment I received at CarMax, but the monthly payment included GAP insurance AND warranty for up to 100K miles. So now I have a 2014 VW Passat Wolfsburg Edition. When they say here they can beat a deal they mean it.

From start to finished our car buying experience was awesome the salesman Jalen really made my wife comfortable when she had came by herself i was at work couldn't complete paperwork so we came back and finished paperwork with another great salesman Peterson and the magic continue to role the Sales Manger Joe really got the Task done my wife now has a 2015 chevy cruise low miles, last but not least the finance expertise Mr.Brendon wonderful person made us feel comfortable communicate very well made sure we understood what we was signing, the next day after everything was complete signed seal and delivered Mr.Brendon called with more great news a lower ,APR rate lowered our monthly payment. I walked in dealer and Joe the sale manager does have time to talk about my offer on Passat. I didn't even get email from him. I bought at Bakersfield VW. They care about saling a car and making there customers happy

I brought my 2015 Passat in for a remote that wasn't working, my service adviser replaced the battery which made the red light on the remote work But still did not unlock my doors. he then proceeded to take the car into the shop. they replaced the remote (that was in stock) and had my car washed and back to me in a timely manner. Way to go Antelope Valley Volkswagen

I came to AV VW after a horrible experience at another local dealer looking for an inexpensive used car for my son. I found a Jetta through their website and contracted them. Denzel contacted me back very promptly and I set up a time to go see the car. After my test drive I decided to make a deal. The whole process was quick and easy with them. There was no pressure to purchase extras I did not want and no back and forth. I told Denzel where I needed to be with the numbers and he came back under my budget. The dealership is very personable And inviting. I would recommend this dealership and will be back when I need another vehicle.

This shop came highly recommended but it did not make ours!! Our Vw was in the shop for 3 weeks & they never called to let us know what was going on! My husband called & said we are picking it up have it ready! Called manger to let him know how unhappy we were & he has never called back! Sad that companies don't have higher standards anymore!

Leased a brand new Jetta there. My girlfriend brought it in for it's first oil change and was told it needed a four wheel alignment for $90. When I went back and told them there was no way a new car should need an alignment they said they have had to do alignments on new Volkswagens every 4,000 miles. WOW! Is German engineering really that bad, or do the techs not know how to use the equipment, or are they just ripping people off? Don't trust them.

I had been looking to trade in 2 low mileage vehicles, a non-VW and a VW, for a very low mileage pre-owned VW Touareg TDI Sport with Navigation for several months and had a good understanding of available vehicles and prices throughout the US. Although Antelope Valley VW was situated 270 miles away, an immaculate 6K miles Touareg there caught my interest. It was also a World Auto Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with a 2-year / 24,000 mile warranty - which does not start until the original 3-year warranty expires - for the same price as higher mileage vehicles without certification from non-franchised dealers. From the moment I contacted Justin, the Used Car Manager, he was exceptionally enthusiastic to understand my requirements and ensure that I was entirely satisfied. He offered the highest possible trade-in value for my vehicles - having taken the time to contact a non-VW dealer as well - and accommodated my expectations on cost to change. Knowing that I was coming a considerable distance from out-of-state, he willingly came in on his day off at the weekend to ensure that everything at the dealership went smoothly. When I arrived at the dealership, I found that Justin had personally ensured that my Touareg had been prepared to an immaculate standard and positioned inside the air conditioned showroom for inspection. He also facilitated out-of-state delivery in the most convenient and cost-effective manner in full compliance with CA and AZ regulations. Justin even called me the following day, again on his day off, to ensure that I was entirely satisfied. I have been a VW customer in Europe and the US continually since 1978 and have high expectations of dealership performance. These were fully met at Antelope Valley VW and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm exceptionally pleased with my purchase - an immaculate pre-owned 2011 VW Touareg TDI Sport with over 3 years of warranty at the best possible current price in the US regardless of distance.
