Ben found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and made a trade so that the car I wanted would be available the following day. Ian made the trip and took good care of it along the way. When it came time to complete the paperwork, Ian was efficient, thorough, and made the process as painless and hassle-free as possible. A tiny ding in the door was taken care of quickly and was done well. They have a friendly, responsive, and capable team at Boardwalk Chevrolet. I definitely do not recommend the Jeep dealership at the Boardwalk Redwood city. Manager is such a prejudices, l went there in three different ocations... to trade in my car which is a Jeep, at first he said come back in a year, keep paying for it and then we can negotiate, l went back the second time in a about six months and he told me my car value was low and it wouldn't make give him no benefits, of course it wouldn't because the car had more miles, he said keep paying on it and come back later in a few months and l'll see what l can do. Came the third time and he denied helping me again, because this time my car value was even lower than before so he said, there is nothing l can do to help you, so it was a really a very bad experience, he was never cordial, he always looked at me like an insect...his name is Will that is all l know but not a pleasant person at all. I give the him zero stars as a customer
The salesperson, Michael, that we had was very knowledgeable about the Bolt EV and could answer all our questions. We did a lease and that did involve... some back and forth. The car was in transit and we were given very accurate dates as to when it would be in and we could pick it up.

Very smooth process with initial contact made through internet and execution of the purchase. It wasn't so bad to go to the dealership after all. All wrapped... up in one hour. Good job Don Mays!
