City Auto Sales

I purchased a Nissan pathfinder from city auto in Hueytown Alabama on August 22 I made it across the street from the lot and it wouldn’t switch gears. They came and got the car to fix it. It took them a week. Once I got it back and drove it 15 mins home the fan was making a loud noise I took it back to the lot. The shop had it for another week now it’s jerking hard and back passenger tire locking. They didn’t inspect the car at all before selling it.

Typical sleazy xxx car salesman if all other avenues fail they will resort to intimidation or at least attempting to be intimidating. That place used to be different but as with everything else times have changed and not for the better. At least not with City Auto sales. Nothing actually gets better with time so it seems least not at City Auto sales. Our salesman Derek, really didn't know much without having to go ask someone. all in all xxxxing nightmare. Urge anyone to go a different way

The Ford edge sport I paid cash for is still sitting in the yard. Want run it supposed to have 98k miles on it which is low mileage for that year car 2013. Then how could the engine be bad. They don't inspect the cars they just sell them.

It was jumping n hard to press the gas n the ties was off balance. They make sure it was fix before we left the car lot with the car. I would say yes to ppl that ask about this car lot. Go they will treat u right I promises the was my first time going there n I won't another car from them

They were very nice and professional before I brought my car. Then the same day the car broke down. I called them they gave me a loaner car to drive until they fixed the issue. This happened 3x in one month. Asked for receipts for the repairs and they never sent them. All the cars drive the same, stalling as you drive. I honestly wouldn’t recommend.

We purchased our 3rd automobile from this dealership today. We don’t even look elsewhere. We drive from Columbus, Ms to trade with these nice people. Mr Ken, the owner makes you feel right at home. Cody, sales and James, sales/finance are the very best, a definite 10 out of 10 hands down. It is well worth the drive regardless of where you live. They stand behind what they sell, they carry only the finest used cars.
