Excellent from service to purchase

After spending 11 years and 212,000 miles with my C230 coupe, she got stuck in limp home mode. Working with Steve Appel, the service adviser and his mechanic we found that the repairs would be extensive. Steve provided me all the information on my cars problem and options. Steve hooked me up with Teddy Parker, a wonderful sale consultant, to work on some more options. We discussed many options, as I was not ready to depart with my C230. Whether to purchase new, used or leasing. Teddy worked out a wonderful deal on a used ML-430 and the trade in of my C230. Teddy and Steve made the transaction easy and painless. They were very professional and empathetic to my plight. A great place to buy and service a Mercedes.

Great experience

I bought a Mercedes Benz last Friday. The experience was great! The sales consultant, Mr. Sammy Harmoush was outstanding. He was very patient and helpful explaining the car features and I especially like the Mercedes hat that he was kind enough to give me.On top of all of this we got a great price for a beautiful and great car.

Excellent client relationship

I am a mercedes collector with 11 in my collection among other cars. I have been looking for a CL 500 or CL55 AMG for a couple of months. I visited 5 dealers in the last 3 weeks to acquire about cars listed on the Internet and experienced the usual lack of customer service and relationship building. I am in sales and understand the art of client interaction and customer service and how that relates to the ultimate success of reaching your sales numbers and building a referral base. I went to one independent dealer to look at a 2003 CL 500 and the sales guy said the car was outside but was not ready to test drive because a part was on order from dealer -I asked if I could look at it anyway and spent 20 minutes looking and the guy never left his desk. I was the only person on the lot ----unbelievable!! So I recommend mercedes benz of Fredericksburg and sales pro Sammy H. He spoke to me on the phone about my interest and also sent additional pictures per my request. I live 75 miles from the dealer but made the drive Sunday morning and bought the car. Sammy was great!!

Awesome! See Sammy!

Not only did we buy one car, but we purchased a second the very next weekend after shopping around to get a daily driver. Sammy was GREAT! His patience and his knowledge were indispensable in making the first decision on getting our SL AMG. He knew what his inventory was and what we would like based on what we've been looking at. Could not have been happier with the buying decision. The next week we were looking at other vehicles at other dealers. We were looking for something inexpensive as a daily driver. We were not impressed with the sales people especially comparing the service that we received from Sammy so we returned to him to make the second purchase for an S60 as a daily driver. Considering I have been in sales for over 25 years myself, I see all the 'tricks' sales professionals do just to get a sale. There are no 'tricks' with Sammy. He is very genuine and has impeccable integrity. In most cases I will go with a little higher price if I know I'm getting quality product and service. In this case, we had no problem in giving Sammy our business. Since that weekend, we have recommended him to our friends and relatives. We plan on getting all our vehicles from Sammy at Mercedes of Fredericksburg!

Outstanding!

What a superb professional sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg. This is our second Mercedes purchase from the dealership in 7 years. We had the pleasure of meeting Perez Richardson when we purchased our ML500 in 2006, and he introduced us to Teddy Parker yesterday who helped us drive away with our newest Mercedes last night. Teddy is very knowledgeable and worked through the various options with us patiently and courteously. The entire process was much quicker than experiences at other dealerships. Thank you for a great experience and wonderful sedan Teddy. We will be back!

Excellent Experience

We had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Reilly when making our recent purchase at Rosner Mercedes. Bob was always professional when dealing with us and was extremely patient during the multiple visits my wife and made to the dealership until we finally made our decision. Thank you to Bob and the entire staff at Rosner. They will be our first, and probably only, stop the next time we look for a car.

Love My Car

I was in the market for a new car but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. My salesperson, Sammy was so helpful and patient. I looked at many styles and types of Mercedes and drove sedans to SUVs before deciding on my GLK250 BlueTEC 4Matic. I love my new SUV! I appreciate the friendliness of the entire staff and am so happy with my decision to purchase my Benz at the Fredericksburg location! Thanks again Sammy.

Mr. Steve Smith has made our shopping and purchasing...

Mr. Steve Smith has made our shopping and purchasing experience exciting and I can honestly say he made it fun. He is a down to earth, funny guy who has the ability to make you comfortable as if you have known him for some time while also presenting the cars in a non-threatening no pressure manner. It was an overall pleasurable experience as compared to previous cars purchased elsewhere. We will most definitely look for Steve when we purchase the next Mercedes. It is worth noting that we decided Mr. Smith had sold us the car on the first day we met him and we promised to return and give him the opportunity to complete the sale.
