Found a specific SUV I wanted and found it at Auto World.

Found a specific SUV I wanted and found it at Auto World. Sent in a inquiry if it was still available. Mike called back and we discussed the truck. Made plans to come and review it. A few phone calls later I made the 300 mile drive with my trade. Came through a couple of snow storms RT 90 and 81. Met Mike and Bill and within a 1/2 hour had the deal done a paperwork going. Gassed up and headed to the Great White North. Again RT81 was it nice, 7 hours later I was back in Western NY. Experience was great, fair negotiations. The entire staff was very helpful. Highly recommend Auto World. Thank you all.

Worked with Mike and had a great experience. I knew what I wanted, the issue was the price and was it worth it. This is the type of place that honestly has good sticker prices…no real need for negotiation. Super helpful, informative and patient. I would 100% recommend and will consider going through them to find the car I want. Unfortunately, we will likely need to replace my husband’s car soon and I believe they can find what I want and offer a fair price. There is a HUGE difference in how I was treated with a corporate dealership and this mom and pop shop. Keep it local, it’s worth it for everyone! Thanks again!

Honest & Integrity

Have to be a good old boy to get good service

Poor communication when my husband and I were interested in buying a motorcycle. The salesman Kevin basically stated" Due to lack of information, I can't help you. This is stressing me out." Stay away from this place, felt prejudice vibe.
