Sold my mom an awful car for the price of a new more modern car. I will forever never recommend this scamming dealership.

We recently purchased another vehicle from AutoMax, and once again, we had an excellent experience. This is approximately the fifth vehicle our family has purchased from AutoMax over the years, and the consistent level of service is a major reason we continue to return. Matt and Ernesto were both professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. They communicated clearly, answered our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The entire experience was smooth and straightforward, without unnecessary pressure. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and very appreciative of the service we received. Purchasing multiple vehicles from the same dealership speaks for itself, and AutoMax has continued to earn our business and trust. Thank you to Matt, Ernesto, and the entire AutoMax team for another positive experience. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Automax of Ocala and have referred others in the past. We recently purchased a 2026 Ram 1500. We got the vehicle home and noticed an odd spot. Upon further examination (crawling under the truck) we discovered it has been in a wreck. Nowhere at anytime was this disclosed to us. The repair was very obvious. Bolts missing and missing trim clips as well as spot welds not painted and rusting. The very next day we called and returned to Automax. They would not undo the deal, would not fix the problem, would not discuss even helping to pay for the damage to be repaired correctly. Because this damage involved the rear bumper, safety features also no longer work like blind spot warning, lane detection, and back up monitor. Days later they want to trade us into a different vehicle at our cost for tax, tag, and other dealer fees. Automax clearly does not value a multi repeat customer! The same way we refer customers to them, now we will make it known how they mishandled this issue.

Traded my car and purchased a newer car. Salesman really worked hard to find the right car with the features I wanted. Finance man was great made a stressful event for me painless. First time dealing with this dealer but rate them a 10.

I don’t even know where to start. Frank lied to me. The truck should’ve never passed inspection and sold to me. They knew about the problem with the truck. They had it at Ford in February with the help of Florida credit union was able to make them take the truck back when I received my car back from them, everything was stolen out of the car

We were so stressed about having to buy a new car but we couldn’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at AutoMax. We had never purchased a car from them before but will likely keep purchasing our cars from them in the future. Victor Fitzgerald was our sales representative and I would say he deserves a 10 review out of 10. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars we looked at and helped use along the process until we selected the car we purchased. There was never any pressure and he worked to finalize our deal. Scott Dippolito our sales manager worked very hard to get us to the price we had budgeted to spend. It was also a vey pleasant experience and couldn’t say enough on how a good experience we had with Scott. Once we agreed on the car and the price we met with Matt Gianikas the finance manager who walked us through all the financial paperwork. Matt made the process seamless and explained everything we were signing. We couldn’t be more pleased with the process we experienced at AutoMax in purchasing our 2023 KIA Sportage.

My experience with Felipe and Matt were amazing! I did not feel pressured at all, they were willing to work with my budget and they were extremely kind and helpful. We are new to Florida and Matt was giving us amazing advice aside from the car. Great people, I have already recommended them to a couple of my friends here in Ocala! Thanks Matt & Felipe!
