I was recommended by a friend of mine who came here because of Bob Cass, I spoke with Bob and the first person he told me about was Jason. After meeting with Jason he helped me through the process.

We bought our 3rd car from them yesterday. The first for me, was about 3 years ago, the second for my girlfriend two years ago, and now a new one for me, to meet my families changing needs. The old man whom I've affectionately dubbed Santa has this old school vibe that you know he cares and has been around. And Paula who sold our family the last car we bought as well as the new one, has been exemplary in meeting our needs and our expectations. Her sense of humor, charm, patience, and knowledge made the process much smoother than others, and she got us a great deal, better than I had hoped for or expected. She was gracious and determined, and she never stopped working until I was happy. We'll see her again in a few years, when the Missus needs her car replaced with a newer one. Facilities need a serious update. Snacks, working A/C, space to breathe, etc. And having bought 2 cars previously through them, I thought they'd have a lot of things on file already, but was surprised to have to re-do a lot of information. But they're fixing a lot of the above-listed issues, with an Expansion 800 sq ft of office space. And Bob who runs the Service department is amazing, make sure if you need work done, you speak to him. And in the office Gino, and Joy and just about everyone else I've met in there - are all working hard to make your experience a pleasant one. Go there. Meet the staff, buy a car. Build a relationship. Drive happy.

Dan helped me out and dealt with me for 3 full days until we got what we wanted. They really helped us out and got us a great car and great price.

Grant Dufresne was great. He showed me how to drive a stick and made sure I was comfortable with the car o that way I could est drive it myself and get a feel for it. I ended up not buying that car but I got another and he was helpful with that as well. The cars they have are a bit overpriced and thats the main reason its not a total 5 stars. But the customer service was great,m and they handled everything for me and made the car buying experience so in the end I was very satisfied and it was well worth it.
