Grant was awesome! We had alot of questions and concerns and he addressed them all wonderfully. I've had nightmare experiences purchasing cars in the past and this was, honestly, the best experience I've had. He didn't make me feel rushed and answered all my questions in a way I could understand and be comfortable with. I will recommend him to my friends and family!

Do Not Buy From Florida Auto Exchange !!!!!!!!! I purchased 04 lChevy PU on Aug 21 , 2017. It's been 3 weeks the svc dept has had my truck for oil guage and AC issues. I have tracked my truck down at Dimmitt Chevrolet after several unanswered calls and text from my salesman Grant or svc advisor Justin and most recent the owner Jeff Rhodes Jr. I have been completely civil even through this text but want to make anyone interested in buying from this dealer you will probably regret your decision like I am. There is absolutely no urgency from anyone there to contact me about repairs or a courtesy call on what the progress is. Again 3 weeks this is going on even hhough they finally gave us a rental after the first 2 weeks of no repairs made to truck but it sat on there lot. I owned garage for 19 years up north and have never seen the lack of concern for a recent buyer. It's Tuesday night after Irma and they will use that as an excuse but all they have to do is give Dimmitt the ok to repair. My guess is they want dealer to diagnose problems and then take back to there shop to repair. This will take more time I won't have truck and I have to be concerned with mechanic repairing a problem they couldn't diagnose. Anyone with advise email me but most of all STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in with a sad face , left out feeling happy an overjoyed best people Great Customer service . We got exactly what me an my girlfriend were looking for they made all our dreams come true for our very FIRST car . Paula Mangeon made us feel like we were at home I mean she was so nice an happy made it feel good to see somebody have our back on something so special we were looking for & just when we gave up thinking that we was going to walk out of there with out are car she hit us with the best gift we had all years .
