We recently purchased our third new Kia in 4 years at JT'S. Once again the entire process was easy, quick and painless. "Our" salesman, Billy Addison is the best. He listens well, is easy-going and never pressures you. Service & Parts departments are great. DJ in Service and Tom in Parts are both Excellent. I'm old and cranky and a bit impatient with car dealers. I have bought lots of new cars in my 55 years of driving and this dealership in one of the best!

The overall experience was great but, there were a few things that need improvement - detailing( there were smudges on windows) - there was a wasps nest under the hood of the car - pollen was also everywhere under the hood of the vehicle

So my family has gone to this dealership since I was young. I know that makes me sound biased, but that doesn’t mean I could afford the car I wanted let alone be accepted with my credit score. But working with Tyshaun Neely today was a dream. I had moments where I let them know I couldn’t afford a payment too high and they really worked with me. I ended up being able to purchase a Kia Forte at a price I could afford. Seriously, they will work with you as much as they can. Super amazing employees at JT’s Kia in Rock Hill.
