I couldn’t be happier got a great value for my trade almost zero haggle on price. I couldn’t have been treated better if I was the owners own son. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a car.

We have a couple that purchased their new vehicle from Easter Shore Toyota and they recommended them to us. We went down on a Tuesday after I got off of work and found what we wanted and more. We had been looking at a different type vehicle and that just was not working out and it did not have anywhere close to the options that they Toyota has on it. We love our new Toyota. The people we worked with were extremely friendly and new what they were talking about. They showed us all of the extra options on the 2019 Highlander that we purchased.

Purchasing our new Toyota C-hr was a snap here. The salesman, Mack, was so easy to work with. He made my time spent at the dealership enjoyable. I was able to come in and NOT have to sit all day waiting and feeling pressured into a purchase. The process was smooth. I have purchased several vehicles from Eastern Shore Toyota (Mack specifically) and will continue in the future.

I’ve been a loyal customer and have purchased many cars from eastern shore Toyota for many years. Recently contacted a sales person, I was passed around. Was told to drive over from mobile and when I arrived, the person who I was suppose to see was not there anymore. I asked for the original sales person and even called that person myself and they never came. Very upset and have never been treated like that in all the years I have been a customer. I will never shop there again. I was even going to bring my daughter to do her first purchase on her own, but I’ll now be taking her some where else.

I started out dealing with a bad salesman, now he is gone! I found out that Zachery was working there and decided to give them another chance ONLY because Zachery was working there! I am very very pleased with how he went above and beyond to find this car for me. I was wanting a particular exterior & interior color on a certain model, so this car had to be located. I am also happy with the price they met with me on.
