James Shaw and his sales manager Eddie were great when I purchased my new-to-me truck today. I was treated professionally, but also with a lot a fun as James could totally read my laid back demeanor. My son had a blast playing the arcade games, and I feel I got a great deal to top the whole experience off. There were no pushy people trying to upsell me on products I didn't want, just James looking out for my best interest. When I need another car in the future, I will definitely go back!!

Worked with Mario on getting a new (used) car. Friendly individual and the fact hes a veteran helped with the raport as well. Thr managers seemed friendly, as well. They're top 10 for sure. I didnt feel completely cheated (joking).

I came to SAW with a Cap One pre-approval and the car I...

I came to SAW with a Cap One pre-approval and the car I was looking for wasn't there. Chad looked into it, advised it's no longer there but immediately offered other options to the same car and went over features. I was there a long time and left with a '16 Murano, better then the car I came for, but the levels of customer service and CARE by Chad and his team were second to none. They worked with me, negotiating on my behalf and ultimately I'm a happy customer that will return and refer to others!
