Great customer service and the best price around. I traveled from NH to PA to buy my car from Thompson. I bought my first car (Toyota Corona) from Thompson in 1981 and have been buying from them since.

Great experience purchasing our new vehicle. We saw it online at a great price and worked out most of the details over the phone as we were traveling over 500 miles to finalize the purchase. Everything was as expected when we arrived. Very fair on our trade in. We had our two young children and dog with us and the entire team of people we worked with we're very patient. I'd recommend this dealership. Matt was extremely helpful answering many questions prior to our arrival at the dealership and had everything ready for us. Shannon in finance was also great to work with!

Tim was great to work with. He made a typically painful car buying experience quick and easy. He worked very hard to help us get a price and financing that we could afford on our new car. We will hopefully be back for another car soon.

I just purchased my 3rd car from Thompson Toyota, and couldn't be happier how the entire process went. I almost purchased a different car make from another dealership and I am so glad that I didn't. I first spoke with Shara Cooney (not sure my spelling is correct)their internet sales coordinator, and she got the process started and worked thru the initial phone calls. Nicole Barkus was my sales rep and she was great to work with. She made the sales process great, and did a wonderful job showing me all the features of my new car, and kept my wife and I laughing until we drove away. Mike in the finance department found a few ways to save me money on my payment, that was something that I would have never known I qualified for, and that just topped it off. If you are in the area, Thompson is the place to go for you new car.

Ron Copelin is highly professional. At no point did I feel I was being pressured to make a quick decision. Ron was in constant contact with me as the dealership did not have the color of the Prius I desired in stock. A call was placed and the car was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. At the time of purchase, Ron made the process very smooth. He has been called the "Prius expert" by his colleagues. This is the third Prius I have driven. Ron introduced me the new features in the 2012 model. Again, I highly recommend Ron as a salesman.

I bought one car from Jim and he was great. I went back two days later and bought a second one. Jim was one of the easiest people I have worked with when buying a car. He was fair on pricing on the new cars and both trades. I am loving the new 2012 Camry and the 2012 Prius for my wife. We also have had great experiences in the service department with team gold with adviser Beth. Service has been fast each time I went in for the free 1000 mile oil change and check up. Yes these guys actually do it at 1000 mile unlike the other Toyota dealer in Lansdale/Montgomeryville that I won't mention the name. I also had horrible experiences at the one in Lansdale service also. Thanks again Jim. We love both cars and the experience we had.

We came to Thompson without an appointment at 9:30am - after visiting the dealership and testdriving the Highlander, we went to a few other dealerships who's sales people and products just didn't compare. We went back to Thompson that day and drove home in the new car. Thanks to John for working with us - we're definitely looking forward to working with you.
