TEUTOPOLIS AUTO SALES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL. TOOK PERFECT CARE OF ALL NEEDS AND WANTS. HELPED ME GET INTO MY FORD F150 AND I AM VERY THANKFUL

I am a first time car-buyer and I'd like to begin by saying I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I had been searching around for about a month and a half and went to several dealerships in which I had okay to terrible service. My Hope's were low and I didn't think I could find a car in my budget that would function properly. However, I stopped by Teutopolis Auto Sales after a very disappointing day of car shopping and found a beautiful used car. It was in excellent condition and was at a low price! They were half an hour from closing, but they stayed an extra 30 minutes to let me test drive and inspect the car. They were all very friendly and helpful to me. They also offered financing which I decided to go through them to do and it was incredibly easy. The visor on the car was damaged but they had already ordered one and attached it with no extra costs to me! Whether you're an experienced car buyer or a newbie like myself, I would recommend the Teutopolis Auto Sales for their great customer service, honesty, and helpfulness.

Was supposed to but my car outright from me and was given an autographed quote...brought it up there and the owner backed out of the deal. Both him and the receptionist who he said isn’t authorized to give quotes were RUDE. Don’t buy, sell, or trade here. Dishonest, rude and won’t hold true to their word.

BE WARE!!! If they have car that they know has issues and cant sell it, they will SCAM you and do anything they can to get you to think it's a great car UNTIL YOU BUY IT AND DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT!! ... $6500 later in repairs after buying a van for $7900 that they assured me had been tested and made sure the check engine codes were clear. THEY CLEARED THE CODES BEFORE I TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND THE CODES DIDN"T RE-APPEAR UNTIL 10 MILES DOWN THE ROAD AFTER PURCHASE. AND NOW THEY SAY, IT'S ALL ON ME NOW!

Sold me a 04 dodge 2500 and I found out days later the engine is bad. It's my fault for buying something like that but, I suggest you look it over very thoroughly.

I was asking serious questions, and got a very very very rude reply. Guess they don't need my money.

WE BOUGHT A 2004 SEBRING FOR OUR DAUGHTER. THE THREE MONTH WARRANTY IS A RELIEF AND THE PRICE WAS THE BEST ON CARS AND AUTOTRADER!!
