Excellent Out Of Town Experoence
It was a real pleasure working with Michael Sobczak. We couldn't find a quality SLK350 in Vegas but found one online at Arrowhead Mercedes in Az. Michael called us right away, went over the features of the vehicle, sent us additional pictures and the carfax. Because the car was certified Mercedes and rare to find, we flew out to Arrowhead Mercedes. Michael had a car waiting to pick us up at the airport. The process there was quick and easy. We had been researching this type of car for a month and knew that Michael was giving us the best price without all the hassle. The car was everything we expected and more and Michael and the dealership exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend traveling to this dealership.

Very happy with my experience
We have leased two vehicles from this dealership and haven't had any bad experiences. The customer service is top notch and our salesman is practically considered part of our family. He makes sure the vehicles we purchase are not only what we want but also a good investment.

Great Service Experience
I'm always impressed when I take my car to this dealership for service. I was recently greeted by a friendly young man named Jay who got the car in and set me up with the service adviser Adrian. I got the B service package and was very pleased with the service. My car is always delivered to me washed and cleaned inside and out and looks great. I can think of many instances where I've been disappointed with customer service at stores and restaurants, it's refreshing that some places like this Mercedes dealer still know how to treat a customer.

Outstanding Mercedes Dealer
Jeff Lane is a very reputable person. He went out of his way to not only get me the car I wanted through a dealer swap but gave me an outstanding deal on the car. He was direct, honest and did exactly what he said he would do. There were no surprises. We communicated for weeks back and forth to get the deal done and he found ways to save me money that I had not thought of. In addition he allowed me to keep my other Mercedes on his lot as a curtesy to me, until the new owner could pick it up. Then about a week after the sale he sent a gentleman, Chris, to my home to make sure I understood all the intricacies of the vehicle. Besides Jeff, Todd Davidson in financing was also very straight forward, no surprises and very hospitable. Other people I met at the dealership, though I don't know their names, were equally polite and eager to help me. I will go out of my way to do business with this dealership. Outstanding service. I HIGHLY recommend.

Poor Communication is Disappointing to Long-Distance Buyer
While looking to purchase a specific make/model of car, we found one here via a web search. The sales person (Jeff Lane) was very quick to respond to all of our questions prior to the actual sale, BUT as soon as the sale was complete and our check was cashed, I wasn't able to get any help from the dealership to assist me with shipping specifics, title info, etc. I was shocked at the lack of call backs after leaving messages at both the dealership and the sales rep's cell phone. Not only did Jeff not call us back, but the lack of cooperation from Thomas (sales management) and Todd (finance) left me in disbelief at the unsatisfactory customer service post-sale. If you are looking for a long-distance purchase from this dealership, beware of their lack of communication and good luck!

Best experience purchasing a car ever had.
The dealership has a very different feel from other Mercedes Dealers I visited and my salesman Bob made me feel comfortable, yet was diligent about getting me in the right car and informing me of all the vehicles' features.
