This is my second time purchasing a car from CarMax and I am grateful I chose you again to get a car. You're online web page is a great tool in helping to select the options features that you want when looking for a vehicle. This time around I was looking for a specific SUV and I chose the Ford Edge Titanium because my mother is 4 foot 11 in. I wanted to make sure that her vehicle was under 40,000 miles and was the least of 2020 and had remote start heated seats and dual climate controls and a sunroof and a backup camera. This vehicle delivers so much more. Once again I give CarMax five stars but what made this round so much better was our sales associate Megan I give her five gold stars she was awesome to work with my family was very pleased with her friendliness and professionalism she was a blessing to work with. We love CarMax thank you so much.

While the person who I sat down with was courteous, professional, knowledgeable the appraiser was not very thorough. I had my wife stand outside and watch what he did. He started the car opened all the doors in the hatch took photos. Let it run till he was done. I had an envelope with the complete history of all the maintenance done on the car from day one from when I bought it new in the car. He never looked at it. When it came to the appraisal, they depended on his Internet searches. They told me my car had been in an accident in 2019. No accident ever occurred. I had a cracked windshield from a rock replaced at a dealership. The only thing that came up on his search was dealership maintenance. So when I used a third-party oil change company, Grease Monkey that never came up. When I quit going to dealerships and used five star auto a dedicated Subaru private company for my maintenance and replacement of worn out parts, That didn’t come up on his Internet searches either. So I give him one star for his thoroughness of his appraisal. Never once did he even speak to me. The person I sat down with talked about my loyalty about the brand that I was looking to sell and showed me other cars of that brand and their prices. Sort of a soft sell. I wasn’t there to buy a new car. So she did not push it. I appreciated that. I cannot recommend car max.

Austin was the one that helped me through the process. I already had my car picked out and shipped to the location of my choice. They had some tek issues but over all was fast and easy. Even checked me I. 1 hr earlier than my appointment. I was in out and traded in with in an hr. I took 2 friends here and now it was my own turn. Thank you so much for the fast easy transaction.

Everyone I have encountered in this dealership has been friendly, helpful and informative. I had a very small issue after I bought my car. The service man took extra time helping me and explained a feature I needed help with. Never was there any pressure to buy.

Easy to find the car you want, easy to get financing, easy to get paperwork done ahead of time and make pickup quick. Good options for warranty and GAP insurance if you want them.
