I highly recommend anyone to Rodman Ford and ask for Bruce D'Ambra. My family walked in looking for a truck and he guided us to the exact match for our needs without trying to upsell us. I ended going for a couple of dealer installed options that were supposed to take almost a week and they ended up having the truck ready in 2 days. He's the best salesman I've dealt with in 20 years. The staff were very helpful and were able to do a trade with another dealer (out of state) for the model with the options we wanted. The entire process was much better than at other dealers.

I went there with a pre approved loan and vehicle already picked out. I spoke with a person named Bruce and he was great. There was a hiccup in my loan and they were awsome and patient with me and the loan company.
