Rodman Ford

I recently purchased a new explorer Tremor from Rodman Ford. These folks are the best. From the general manager Jordan down to each and every sales person I’ve worked with,( Levi, Gaven, and Jim), they are pleasant, knowledgeable, honest and enthusiastic. Buying a new car is fraught with challenges but these folks make it easy.

First visit to Rodman Ford. Purchased previous Fords at another dealer. Enjoyed the experience. Dylan Alvarez was my first contact. Researched my new purchase on the Ford website. Interested in Ford Explorers. Submitted a request and what Models I wanted to look at before I made a purchase. Got an immediate call back and set up an appointment for the next day. Levi Walker was great in showing the different models of Explorers I was interested in seeing since I currently owned a 2017 Ford Explorer. Levi was excellent in explaining the options and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the show room and the number of cars that were available at Rodman Ford. Finally picked the Tremor model and picked it up the following Monday. I will only buy my future vehicles from Rodman Ford.

They offered a lifetime power train warranty and then refused to honor it for no reason! I had done everything required, they just said it was too old. It’s only 8 years old that’s not a lifetime!

Jim was fantastic to work with. I wasn't sure what I wanted but needed to purchase quickly. Jim helped break down the options and get me what I needed in 10 days. Will definitely be back for my next purchase.

Levi, a k a Suga, has been exceptionally professional while working with me non-stop to get my credit approved. He is very patient and cares a lot for his customers. Wayne Derby, did an amazing job. He listened to what I needed put together exactly what I was looking for. The process was smooth and the sales and finance teams were easy to work with. Wayne was great in explaining all my options up front and then spent several hours making sure I was comfortable with every feature, app, etc in the vehicle before I drove it off the lot.
