I am an owner of a 2010 Pontiac G6 that I bought from Rodman Ford 2 years or so. I have had nothing short of marvelous experiences from them. When I purchased my car Diane Carter and Mike Wagner were totally out of this world with their assistance. From when I walked in the door until I drove away it was awesome. Now I am here to tell you that my daughter needed a car to get back and forth from work (hers was literally falling apart lol). I took her in to see Diane and Mike and again they were totally wonderful with my daughter. She is 22 years old never purchased anything like this before and she was sooo nervous. No matter how much I told her about these folks she was still nervous. When I walked in the door with her Diane greeted us at the door and said "hi Jeff how are you doing. Is everything ok with your car" I replied "superb" She then asked " what she could do for us" and I told her " I am here looking for a car for my daughter Kaylee." She was like what are you looking for etc... and "I laughed and said something reliable and affordable" from there she saw my daughter was nervous so she talked with her and said no worries Kaylee we'll take excellent care of you. Well from there on it was like we were family....Rodmanites..... The searching went awesome , the knowledge was spectacular (from the whole Rodman team). We wound up buying a 2015 Ford Fiesta for her and we couldn't be happier (Kaylee actually smiled...) I cannot express how great Diane and Mike are. Well I can by saying I WOULD RECOMMEND RODMAN FORD FOR EVERY PERSON I KNOW!!!!!!! I plan on purchasing my next car from them in a heartbeat. I was interested in buying a truck. I started with the internet group and made an appointment. When I arrived, the salesman had no idea why I was there even though I provided him with the sales contact I had spoken to earlier. Then the salesman asked me to drive him to the truck. Then, the truck was boxed in and had to drive him back again. Then, we finally dug it out (it should have been waiting for me on my appointment). We took a test drive. I told him I wanted the truck but he insisted I wait another half hour so the sales manager could "work the numbers". I said I have the numbers from the internet and I would buy it for that. But, he backed down saying that those are special offers and I didn't qualify. What a disaster. I asked him to call me the next day when he had the numbers. No call. Snake oil sales team would be a compliment. If you were just honest from the beginning, we could have done a deal. Instead, you have earned a negative reputation with me. Sorry for this review, but maybe you can learn from it.

Stopped by on a Thursday night to look at a pre owned car. They were asking $13,987 for the vehicle. We had gotten the price down to $13,599 and told them that i would think about it and will get back to them the next day. Friday, i texted my salesman after calling him 2 times on his office phone and then a couple times on his cell phone, he finally gets back to me. I told him that i would buy the car and could give a deposit over the phone since i am at work till 6 and they closed at 6, Salesman told me he would get back to me that night and never did. Sat Morning, My salesman had texted him to call him. I had called my salesman and he informed me that they could not honor that price that we came up with, and that they had over a half dozen inquiries on that car. Since they had injuries on the car, they kept beating me around the bush, That afternoon i told him, do we have a deal or not, I'm ready to to buy, ready to put down a deposit, etc. My salesman informed me that his Sales Manager has raised the price on the car because of the many inquires it had received. From $13,987, they raised the price to $14,787 and told me that if i wanted the car, that they couldn't honor the 13,599 and that if i want it i have the pay full internet prices. DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP BOUGHT A BETTER PREOWNED CAR FROM FRANKLIN FORD. NOTHIN BUT SLEEZEBALLS WHO WANTS TO MAKE A FEW EXTRA BUCKS OFF PEOPLE.
