This dealership is awesome!

This dealership is awesome! My wife and I recently leased 2 new Kia’s and Kia motors made a mistake ( not the dealership) Dave took time to give us a call and explain the situation and is trying to rectify it, the process of leasing both cars was done over the phone and the numbers were the numbers when we picked up our vehicles…..Highly recommend Destination Kia!

I was in a car accident and my 2024 Kia was totaled.

I was in a car accident and my 2024 Kia was totaled. I texted Jake and he said come in we will make something work. He and Josh found a car I loved and made sure I would be okay financially. Jake also asked me about my accident and helped me deal with a traumatic experience.

Was very accommodating.

Was very accommodating. Listened to what I wanted gave me what I wanted for my trade kept in mind where I wanted my monthly payment to be and got it right where I wanted. My salesman, Jerrad Knots was knowledgeable about the car I picked up, made sure everything was ready when I arrived for pickup

I brought my car to DESTINATION KIA for two separate

I brought my car to DESTINATION KIA for two separate issues, but left without any resolution—and was charged nearly $360. It was a frustrating experience that made me deeply regret trusting Kia’s much-advertised long warranty. When I picked up the car, they had only topped off the coolant and told me to monitor it for 2–3 weeks. If the coolant level drops again, they said I should bring it back. But if they still can’t find the problem, I’ll likely be charged another service fee. This kind of operation—charging customers without solving the issue—is unacceptable. I clearly observed the problem myself, yet they failed to identify it. That raises serious doubts about their competence. I cannot give a high rating for this kind of customer service.

I walked into your dealership and walked out with a

I walked into your dealership and walked out with a sportage xline plug in hybrid. I couldn't be happier. Isaac was very patient and explained everything I had a question about in a very knowledgeable manner. Had previously bought 6 kias at a competitor and will definitely make Destination my new dealership!

We live about an hour and a half from your dealership.

We live about an hour and a half from your dealership. We brought our daughter's Kia soul in for service, which included a recall brake line replacement. We reluctantly were ready to wait all day. Dani found out that the car wouldn’t be ready by the end of the day so she found us in the lobby and offered us a rental car. We didn’t even have to ask! She exhibited kindness, professionalism and generosity in spirit. Dani is a spectacular representation of your dealership, truly.

Very poor communication with the costumer.

Very poor communication with the costumer. The associate in the service department never answered the phone calls or returned the calls . I had my car in this car dealer but still the check engine light still on. Seems the associate is not qualified to do the job.

Lack of communication with the costumer, never answered

Lack of communication with the costumer, never answered the phone calls or texts, not reliable , I picked up my car last Friday September 26, 2025, next day the check engine light was on again. Trying to contact the staff in the service department but the associate never pick up the phone.
