Destination KIA

Everyone was very pleasant when we purchased our certified pre-owned Kia Sedona. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Destination Kia to our family and friends.

I needed a safety sensor fixed and no one was there who was qualified to do that work. The person I made the appointment with knew I needed this type of work and scheduled me for a Saturday when that type of work isn't done. It is a one hour round trip for me to get to Destination Kia. Now I have to go back.

We had an excellent experience working with the staff with our recent purchase of a Kia Telluride. Staff was personable and professional and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We traveled almost three hours to make this purchase and the staff accommodated our needs by having everything ready for our arrival. We felt very positive leaving this dealership and highly recommend working with them!

This was the worst experience I've had in a service depth it took 5 days for the car to get in to be looked at and then it seemed like they didn't want to look at it then they tried to bill me for something that should have been covered by the warranty I had to argue with the service manager. In short it was the worst experience I ever had and I will not be going back
