Purchased a CPO 2017 Sportage. Something was wrong with the heat. We were told the CPO warranty would not cover it and the original warranty had expired just weeks earlier. The heat had not been working for a long time (the mechanic said he knew that to be true) but still would not cover it under the warranty. Not only would they not covered under the warranty but they charged us almost $200 to tell us what the problem was....then wanted another $300 to fix it. Not a chance I will ever come back for maintenance.

After my daughters car wouldn’t start I contacted the dealership after I made an online appointment because I needed to get the car flatbeded to the dealership and had to know where they wanted to put the car and after that they had the car in and finished before my scheduled appointment. Very happy.

Dealership was great. I've done this review 3 times now so I'm just typing words to fill up the minimum requirement. By the way, having to write a review for service discourages people from wanting to do these.

Great service - they were friendly and helpful. They are always helpful and make sure the car is safe and the repairs are done efficiently and timely.

Destination Kia in Albany was so easy to work with and had kind and helpful dealers. They held a car for me and listened to what I needed or wanted.

They delivered as promised. There was way too little flexibility on price and lease terms. In the end I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price.

Misleading advertised prices. refused to sell me a vehicle. very condescending "we're the largest Kia dealership from here to Florida" attitude. promised me a vehicle then sold it out from under me. too busy with customers to help.

Superb job by the dealership and by Nick. After relatively poor experiences elsewhere, Nick worked closely with us to resolve our challenges and help us purchase the car we hoped for.
