I had to finally accept the reality of replacing the most reliable car I have known, and Stan Hilliard helped make it easy... What an awesome guy!! I have never given a car salesman a hug at the end of a sales transaction!! N-E-V-E-R!!! Our time with Stan reminds me of the times I visited with my Grandfathers... We even met another satisfied customer of Stan’s who was having their vehicle serviced who also spoke highly of Stan’s excellent service as well... Wallace Subaru is fortunate to have such a personable employee!!! Thanks again Stan!!

Dan Witt is the Man!!
Dan Witt is the man! I just finished RT school and started working in the hospital and knew I needed a reliable vehicle. I was so overwhelmed looking for the perfect car. I test drove a Subaru Forester at Wallace Subaru in Johnson City and immediately fell in love! That was the easy part. Being a first time car owner, I was really dreading the whole striking a deal business aspect. I had heard horror stories... Dan put my fears to rest! In no way did he push me to make a choice. He really made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. I was trading in my 2013 Civic and when they brought me the first offer he saw on my face how disappointed/ offended I was. He looked me in the eyes and said, “Alex we will figure this out. Your car is worth more than this. Tell me what you want and I will fight for you.” And fought for me he did. I could not be any happier with my first adult purchase. I am so blessed that Dan was apart of my experience. If you want an honest/tell you like it is, non-pushy, all around awesome guy to be your car salesman.. ask for Dan Witt at Wallace Subaru in Johnson City.

Worst experience EVER with a saleman
I WILL NOT ever buy from this place and will make sure no one I know does either. After a week of talking to a salesman I called and said I was on my way to purchase the car we had been talking about, CASH deal. When I arrived the same salesman told me that he had just sold the car 30 min. prior. I had the cash in hand and he still could only tell me he would call me if the other deal fell thru, THIS is what he should have told the others looking because I had arrangements to purchase the car when I got there. (drove and hour 1/2 ) This is the sorriest situation I have ever had with a car lot.

Exceeded my expectations

I went into this dealership iffy about my credit, what I wanted, what I could pay, etc. ALEX SCOTT went over and above! No matter your social status, money situation, or type car you want, go to Wallace in JC, TN and talk to Alex Scott. Friendly, honest, not pushy....and honest to God makes buying a car fun again. Awesome service!
My Fiance and I just bought a car from here. Alex, our salesmen was very helpful and friendly during the process. He made sure we was happy and pleased with the vehicle after the test drive before he even asked if we wanted to do the paper work. We will most definitely do our vehicle shopping here in the future and hope to deal with Alex. Not to mention he is a Veteran of this great country!!

Scammer!
Said an ad from another group was theirs and they would give us the advertised deal. They flip flopped all around to try and make it look as is we wouldn't know. I guess because we were women they thought we were stupid!

Best Car Buy Experiences Of Our Life
A Subaru is a Subaru no matter where you make your purchase. But a Subaru from Wallace in Johnson City is the best car buying experience you will ever have. I don't know anyone who "enjoys" a 4-5 hour process of purchasing a new car. It's long, it's typically tedious and let's face it, there is a car salesman stereotype for a reason...But not at Wallace. We have never been so thrilled and relaxed purchasing a new vehicle as we have been the last two visits to Wallace. We can accredit this specifically to two salesmen...Jeff Alpern and Nathan Beall. Their exemplary service the first time was why we came back to buy our second vehicle and these guys were just as remarkable during our second purchase last month. They are warm, welcoming, honest, and they genuinely care about their customers. They spent hours making sure we got what we wanted at the price we wanted it, made sure we were fed and coffee'd throughout the process and then took more time from their day to be sure I knew how to use all of my new safety features. They set me up so that when I drove off of the lot I knew exactly what all of the buttons and bells and whistles were. And when you drive off of the lot, you're not fogotten. They are readily available and happy to help out with your needs no matter how small. I genuinely can't say enough good things about these guys, they set the bar high! Don't waste your time, energy or money car shopping anywhere else.
