Very disappointed in the finance guy.
Very disappointed in the finance guy. Tried to get us to take “the best offer”. Could tell he didn’t check all 30 options as we were told. Rate was way too high. My credit score is 900. Went w outside financing.

Worst car buying experience.
Worst car buying experience. Kept me waiting for over an hour “to speak to finance” when I was paying for the car in cash. Forced to watch upsell options, when I said I didn’t want them. Car was not ready when promised. Had to have hail damage repaired and they damaged the car - scraped paint, chipped paint, ripped the clear coat - so had to have my new car repaired further. Car was supposed to be detailed and it was brought to me filthy, with all sorts of small debris on floors and in the trunk and dirty cup holder. Still don’t have my car. But they cashed my check right away. They are trying to make things better, but none of this should have happened this way. Would never buy from here again.

BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM MORRIE'S 394!!!
Customer service after you purchase a vehicle from this dealership is lacking. I have been a Morrie’s customer for 12 plus years, but this is the first time I have purchased from this dealership and based on this experience it honestly is probably the last as well. They are quick to take the customer(s) (my) money and close the deal, but lack follow up afterwards, this is not the kind of customer service or experience I expected or look for, especially in a word-of-mouth business. A week after the initial purchase date of my used vehicle and an hour before it was supposed to be ready for delivery, I called to check on the status. I was told the car was “still up on the hoist” and would not be ready until 10am the next day. I arrived the next day to take delivery of the vehicle expecting everything on the WE OWE bill to be done. To my surprise the items that were supposed to be taken care of were not. Even WORSE was the fact that I PAID EXTRA to have an application applied to the windshield that was not performed. When I called to ask why it was not done after they had my vehicle for a week the sales manager could not give me a valid reason. He asked me to bring it back so they could take care of it. I simply stated that is not going to be an option because I was leaving to take the vehicle out of state for my daughter and that was I why I initially agreed on a delayed delivery date, and I would simply like a refund for the service paid for but not received. Furthermore, you will receive an automated email from the general manager after your purchase to thank you and to advise you to reach out to him if anything was unsatisfactory. When attempting to do so, he avoids directly talking to you by requesting the sales manager to address the issue instead. I still have no idea why it took a week to deliver my car after purchasing when nothing promised and paid for at the time of purchase was done or taken care of. I hope no one else has the experience I had.
