Great new look! I can finally drive thru your lot

Great new management. I will be buying a new car soon!!! Thanks for everything. Love the clean new look. Visited here in past and only because you have new management did I come back. Huge improvement!

Excellent staff!

Very helpful staff. I came in to look for parts for my Nissan and Daniel made sure that I was taken care of. Very easy to talk to.

Extremely disappointed in the dealership

We were looking at the Infiniti QX80 and We told this dealership that we would buy the Car, but will need to return the next day due to having to go to a birthday party. We had asked that they hold the car for us. We went up there the very next day and They sent the car to auction rather then waiting for us. They didn?t even have the decency to call and tell us knowing that we were returning to purchase the vehicle. I?m highly disappointed in them and I doubt we will ever do business with them.

Deceptive sales practices

We test drove a Nissan Juke in November 2017. The salesperson asked what it would take for us to buy today... then offered us $5000 off the listed price. Management approved the discounted offer, so we waited to meet with finance. However, finance deceptively added $3500 back into our purchase price, calling it ?Consumer Fees?. We believe Jimmy Cleveland was trying to trick us into paying more for the car than what we agreed on. BE SURE TO CHECK ALL FEES AND CHARGES VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING HERE!!!

Purchased a 370z.

Lee and Daniel were a great help. I would not have been able to get the car I wanted if not for all of their hard work. They even went and picked up the car for me from another dealer and brought it to town. I have since recommended them to friends, and they took just as good of care of them as they did me.

Don't buy cars from them

I heard Jimmy Cleveland Nissan is a bad place to buy a car from they will repo your car after 90 days an never call you an the New management right now is no good an rude buy a car from some where else people don't waste your time driving to Wichita Falls Tx to purchase anything.
