Wouldn't buy used from here again

It seems like a nice place if you're looking to buy a new vehicle. I was looking for a couple of years old model and saw a Dodge Avenger that caught my eye. It was a 2013 model, 36,000 miles, listed at $10,900, so was right in the ballpark of what I was seeking. I took it for a test drive, liked the vehicle, and drove out an hour later with the vehicle. They added about $1,400 to the price for what they call a "service and safety inspection". I was a little leery of the idea of having to pay for something and have no recourse in the event tat it was not done correctly, but I took the chance. Two days after making the purchase, I heard a squeal from the brakes as I was backing up, so I checked them out and had to replace all 4 brake pads. I noticed that the factory spark plugs are to be replaced at 32,000 miles, so I pulled them and they were still original at 36,000, so I replaced them also. The dealership had performed an oil change and serviced the engine with 5w30, while the correct viscosity for this engine is 5w20. The oil pan and transmission gaskets both need replacement. I also didn't realize until going to rotate my tires that there are 2 different model tires, both by the same manufacturer installed on the vehicle. The staff were helpful and friendly, and I had no problem getting the financing set up, except that the salesman told me that he ran the numbers with $1,000 down plus $500 for my broke down Jeep, upon going to the financing office, The contract had my down payment as $2,000 and the paper that the salesman showed me with the figures was mysteriously missing, so that was a bit shady to me, but since they were able to accept the $1,000 that day and another $1,000 on my next pay day, it wasn't a huge deal. Just be careful if you have only a finite amount possible to put down. Altogether it was not a horrible experience, it is just a shame that they either didn't feel like putting a few hundred bucks worth of maintenance into the vehicle because if someone who is not maintenance savvy would have purchased this vehicle, the car would be sitting with a broken transmission while trusting that the inspection they paid for was worth anything, I honestly think that they just took in a vehicle coming off of a lease and put it up for sale. I would not trust these guys to put any money into a used vehicle to make it worth buying. ps I could have sworn that the car had floor mats when I took the test drive but after they took the car to "detail" there weren't any in there, and there was a bunch of dust all over.

Jimmy and Lee are complete blessings! This car buying experience has been the MOST AWESOME I've ever had. They worked to get my deal complete and went above and FAR beyond what anyone else would have. From start to finish, they were fabulous! I will sing their praises for a very long and will tell everyone of customer service! I purchased 2 cars at one time and they made the process convienent and easy! Above and beyond expectations!!

Lee and Tim went above and beyond any expectations. We bought a car from them a few weeks ago and they had to find us a 2nd key. It took a few weeks but they got it and they made sure we got it. They are awesome to work with.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Everyone was very nice and did everything possible to help us find the right car and make the best deal possible. At no point did we feel pressure to buy something we did not want or to spend more than we planned. Would certainly recommend them.

Horrible Customer Service

I purchase a used car a few months ago and started to have low tire pressure on rear tires recently. Upon inspection, I noticed that rear tires show drastic signs of wear and tear, mainly on sidewall (cracks, rubber deterioration). Service department recommends tires to be replaced, but used car sales manager refuses to do so, under the argument that car was sold as is. Although I failed to nit-pick the car tires when I first purchased it, I am wondering if their inspection process failed to detect the condition of the tires; or if they intentionally left the tires on the car to sell it and not invest on their replacement. Either way, when the safety of someone is at risk I firmly believe there should not be any corners cut. I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for the last 3 + years, having purchased 5 vehicles so far. Needless to say I will not be coming back for more vehicles from them as the myth of used car salesmen is very much alive in this dealership!

Great Deal!!!

My wife found a used Toyota on Cars.com. I called the number and left a voicemail. Internet Manager Quinton called me back and answered some basic questions. He was very helpful and set up a time to come test drive. The vehicle was in great condition and priced below market which we loved. They did make some concessions with the price and got us a fair interest rate (our credit isn't the best). We closed the deal in about two hours and are very happy. Glad to find a dealership in Wichita Falls that treated us more than fair!

Excellent Service!!

Was looking online early in the morning, seen a vehicle I liked, put my lead in , within 10 mins I received a call from a salesman named Quinton, after exchanging information back and forth, between what I was looking for to what I wanted in payment, didn't seem to really pressured like most salesman, so he said he would call me back later that day, due to class I had I wouldn't be able to use the phone. LATER I received the call saying they had a bank working on something for me it would be tomorrow, next day receive a text saying good.news ... I called right away to find , they had reached my wants, but was a little higher than the payment I wanted, they explained how to fix and repair my credit as well as show me how it all works, most people leave information out, but up front and honest and very guiding plus good efforts from my salesman, I would definitely recommend Jimmy Cleveland Nissan !!!.. I am a pleased customer
