It was as pleasant of an experience as it could have been. Very fine, knowledgeable people, with great sense of humor. I felt at ease, listened to, and respected.

Everything was good and Jo was professional and kind. Was able to get a shuttle to take me to work and also to pick me up after my maintenance service was completed. The only thing that was forgotten to do was the last time I had my tires rotated. They forgot to put the plugs that go back onto the air spots back on so my car is missing two of those plugs other than that everything was good.
